Bedrooms were a bit small & no windows which I felt may be a concern if a fire broke out! Didn’t really like the glass partition between bedroom/bathroom.

We stayed here, room only. Hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly especially the bar staff. The location is really good & such a short walk from the tube.

Perfect for a couple of nights stay but a bit claustrophobic for longer than that.

For an indoor room, it was spacious enough, very clean, the shower was immaculate and the bed was a good size. The location was fantastic and the bar with food was heaven sent as when we needed food it was still open when most places had shut by 9 pm

The location is excellent, the staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful and the rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. A fine hotel if you want to stay in central london.

It was strange having no windows. We didn’t like having the bed up against the wall one side. Having nowhere to put a glass and having to climb over my wife in the night to use the toilet was a pain.

The location was fantastic. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower and TV. Clean and modern.

Breakfast was expense and only continental available. They had run out of some things by 9am such as fruit. There was only 2 slices of bread left etc. Breakfast was supposed to run until 11 so they shouldn't be running out of things at 9am.

Review for room with no window. Definitely compact. For us it was a great value, very well located hotel with modern, clean rooms and cheery friendly staff. The bar area is very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would choose again. But do be aware there’s not space for a large suitcase in this room and you can’t walk round the bed. So don’t choose it if climbing over the (very comfy) bed to get in and out would be a problem.

Fine for a single traveller or a well established couple but the semi-transparent shower doesn't afford much privacy and one person has to sleep next to the wall. Limited hanging and storage space so I'd only consider it for a short stay but the reasonable room rate reflects that.

The room was very small, as I expected, without wardrobe, although there were pegs with coat hangers on the wall. There was room for a suitcase under the bed We were only there for one night and had very little luggage so the shortage of space was really no problem for us.

This hotel was in the perfect location for my needs. Although probably less than two minutes walk to Trafalgar Square it was very quiet. The receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The room was spotlessly clean and had all that we needed for a short stay. There were complimentary cheese wine and biscuits in the evening of our stay which was very welcome. There was a lift to the upper floors, and breakfast was good. This hotel was very good value by London standards. I would certainly be very happy to stay here again.
