I wasn't very impressed with the way the water was so easy to run out of the 'shower tray' in ot the remainder of the 'bathroom' and then to the carpet of the room. This seemed to be a flawed design and I imagine is repeated in all the cocoons. That was probably the only disappointing feature that I became aware of.

I liked the clean and fresh look & feel of the room a..and the hotel overall. My interactions with the staff were only brief but they certainly seemed friendly and helpful with any requests. I also was very impressed with their commitment to donate the associated savings of any guest choosing not to have their room laundered to a homeless charity. What a fantastic scheme!

It would have been nice if the hotel didn’t inflate the prices for the marathon weekend, but I’m pretty sure every hotel did

No storage in the room so you live out of your bag which isn’t really a problem. No hair dryer in the room which was a pain for my wife.

The location of the property is perfect for travelling and sight seeing around London! It’s very close to cutty sark tube station making it perfect for travelling on foot! The property is good value for money considering you’re staying in Greenwich and London pricing can be on the higher side!

Check in is too late (15:00 pm) and check out super early (10 am). Our room didn’t have a window and it’s small so if your claustrophobic maybe this is not the place for you.

It works for a short stay, we went for 2 days and it was ok, we can’t complain much, we knew what we were paying for.

No rubbish bin in the room, no tea/coffee facilities or any on site. The bed was so low down it felt like you were sleeping on the floor, would have liked a slight raise.

The bed was comfortable and there was plugs near the bed which I liked. The bathroom was small but had everything you needed, not a lot of space in the shower but it was hot and all you needed really. Really loved the decor in the reception area, but feel like if they’d put the same amount of effort into the rooms could be improved. It was close to the o2, 25 mins bus which was great.

There was no staff around at all, so if you had any problems i’m not sure where you’d go. There was a light in the panel in the ceiling that I couldn’t turn off so my room was too bright throughout the night. There is no storage in the rooms either. The pipes were incredibly loud throughout the night too which repeatedly woke me up.

The bathroom within the room was to a high standard and everything was clean. I did like the self check in and out to an extent.
