    The fact that there is no window might be a bit annoying, the door between the bathroom and the bedroom is definitely a lack of privacy and might be improved…

    Great location in Greenwich area. The reception team was really helpful. That was nice and I had a relaxing stay in the hotel.

    Room was very cold and the shower was shockingly cold. Told reception and next day the water was slightly warm. I was constantly very cold. Would not stay in such a cold place again.

    Didn’t have a kettle , or a table to put belongs on, also mobile phone connects would go so would only reply on Wi-Fi which kept dipping in and out of frequency

    Was unclear when booking there there are no windows. The bed was not a double it was two single mattresses which was not comfortable. Also no where to put your clothes or any other items

    Rooms very small, no bin, table or phone reception. However it was very clean and tidy so can’t complain.

    The staff were the kindest, shoutout to Anna she was very helpful because booking.com said I can check in earlier but that wasn’t the case. She handled the situation with so much grace and I am thankful. Jose allowed me to use his charger when I needed one as well, great customer service overall.

    It feels like Japanese style bed, they could be better. But is how it has been advertised, so can’t complain.

    Nice clean rooms, bathroom is well lit and rooms are generally managed well. Staff are very friendly and available at all times.

    They didn't provide hair dryer in the room, I had to ask if they have any, and they charge £10 for renting a hair dryer, which is ridiculous, hair dryer is essential. Also, they charge £15 for deposit the luggage for one day. Also there is no windows in the room.

    Location was good, easy access for both bus and trains to London city centre, room was really nice and clean. Easy to check in and check out.

    No cabinet in the room, no enough space to place personal’s, absent or very minimal presence of forniture

    The room definitely looks better on pictures than in reality. There wasn’t even a small table to leave things, just a coat hanger and a bed. It would make such a difference if rooms were better equipped. Also, additional fee for renting a hairdryer is a little bit embarassing when you pay so much money for a room with barely any facilities.

    The location was very good, close to metro station. Greenwich area is really nice to visit and stroll around.

    Maybe a little table in the rooms. Not spacious and no tv. Would have liked to use the luggage room without a charge since we stayed there

    Nice and clean. Good location. Free WiFi provided as the network wasn’t great for us.

    I am a wheelchair user and was travelling alone. I was informed on arrival (at 11pm) that the emergency pull cords in the room did not work. This did not help me to feel safe and secure in the room. When I reminded staff about this upon departure, they didn't seem very concerned about it and said a disabled person could instead phone for help. I'm not aware of anyone who takes their phone into the shower. The lack of any kind of table or chair meant putting my suitcase on the floor, but it is physically very difficult for me to reach things on the floor and risks me falling more. But there's no pull cord to ask for help. The lack of any kind of glass or receptacle for drinks means having to leave the hotel or go to the lobby to buy drinks, but again, this is really difficult for disabled people to do every time they want a drink. I don't understand why at least a cup or glass could not be provided in the bathroom. Finally, I agreed a later check out but was woken up by the cleaner trying to enter my room at 09:20, which is earlier than the regular check out time. He did not seem keen to come back later and it was very annoying to have to climb out of bed, into my wheelchair to ask him to leave. Again, Reception did not seem terribly bothered when I complained about this at checkout.

    The location was convenient, with good bus connections and close to attractions at Greenwich. The hotel was clean and tidy and easy to find. The accessible bathroom was well designed for disabled users, apart from the toilet, which was too close to the sink and meant hitting your knees when transferring to the toilet.

    Not happy paying £15 to store luggage after being a guest at the hotel. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I’ve never had to pay before. I think it’s just a way to get extra money off there guests.

    The shower was small with a shower curtain whilst it said it’d be a walkin shower online, therefore after showering the entire bathroom floor would be wet, therefore we showered in the morning as the cleaning staff cleaned it all up everyday before we came back in the evening :) There were no cabinets anywhere to be found, no hairdryer, no body cream and no scale to weigh our suitcase on for our trip back home. The rooms have no windows, this was however made clear beforehand and help in creating the peace and calm in the city.

    It looked very nice with all the lights and the fragrance of the hotel was very pleasant. Besides that the staff was very friendly and helpfull. Everything got cleaned really nicely and there was a lot of calmth in the city as the rooms were very well isolated. The bed was nicely nestled in in a woodenframe surrounded by dimable led lights which made it very cozy! It was quite well located (35-45 min from the city centre of London). If you take bus 47, 188 or 199 from the station Canada Water your trip takes approximately 15 min to the bustops near (3 min walk) the hotel.

    The room was a little bit tiny and there weren't any cupboards or a wardrobe or a table to put your stuff in, or a fridge as well.

    The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to different options for transport and close to the city center. There is 24/7 reception, which was really needed due to our flight delays, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The place is really beautiful in a modern minimalistic style.

    Well... idea of zen hotel is interesting but next time I prefer room with tables and proper door do bathroom
