You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The rooms are very well keep, along with the kitchen which includes all utilities needed. I love the balcony and spent alot of time there talking to other guest as we completed our two day quarantine. I have a home already in Grenada but after this experience it looks like I have 2 homes now, thank you Bougainvillea Apartments for having me and for your amazing hospitality.

BermudaThe water pressure at the shower, as well as not being able to really get any in between hot and cold water was a no by me. Other wise all was well.
I liked the accommodations and the fact that I had a full apartment and was able to go out to the back and not be seen. It was quiet and peaceful mostly.

United KingdomThere was an odour in the apartment that they couldn't identify the cause of. Knowing our arrival time, they didn't think to put on the air con. I advise some air freshener to make the rooms smell fresh. The hot water was not working. Dirty covers on arm chairs. The bedding in 2nd bedroom was shabbily made. It was not what I expected given the posted reviews. I thank Dale for showing other properties that were in a better state. I was charged for 1 night stay not 2 but I didn't expect to pay as I had been asked to leave the property. The contract was broken by BA, not me.
Dale and her team were pleasant. Without them, BA would get a COMPLETELY POOR REVIEW deservedly

Uganda1. There's no ground staff. Had to carry own suitcases all the way from the second floor on flight of many stairs. 2. There's no staff in the weekends as the office is closed. 3. The housekeeping is very basic.
