Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdom... or rather what didn't like me: the local dog population could be a little on the unfriendly side (but never an actual threat).
really good location for getting a taste of local life. my daily walk via Springs to the beach or St. George's always offered up pleasant engagements with the local community. the balcony area was lovely night and day to take in the weather, rain or shine, and the birds and the insects. top tip: get up real early in the morning, before the car fumes take a hold and smell the island; then treat yourself to Doubles at Miss Jenn's little hut, between Springs Foodmart and Springs Hill on the main road.

Candy Haven is great! Situated on a ridge looking west. The sunsets & birdwatching are excellent!! We hired a taxi to & from work, so the hill was no issue. The apartment is about 70sqm, not 13sqm as listed. Don't hesitate, just book!

I must add that the accommodation gave me a sense of tranquility and safety, and I was made to feel welcome. As I shall only stay at Candy Haven when traveling to the lovely "isle of spice" Grenada, I had a great time during my stay here and I am looking forward to many more. Very accommodating, and I feel blessed to have found such a lovely host. I strongly recommend staying at Candy Haven in the future.

United KingdomThe property is in a free-standing house built on the slope of the (steep) hills behind the island capital,St. Georges. The house is surrounded by dense tropical woods and accessed via a very steep road. The hosts, Candy and her husband Aaron, are delightful. Attentive, helpful, very responsive and fair ... Candy offered to meet us in town and show us the way to her place. We did not take her up on the offer, but really should have and recommend to do it.... It was not easy to find the address, but in the end we managed with the help of several very friendly islanders and Candy driving our a couple of kms to meet us -:). Thank you Candy and Aaron!

CanadaIt was under equipped. No toaster, no coffee maker, one roll of toilette paper per couple for two nights, although when we texted to have more, just in case, they brought it out. The owner had been ill to be fair and this perhaps affected the cleanliness and some of the other issues.
The price was very good, but I was swayed by the past reviews. The space was o.k. but not what I expected from the reviews. It is close to what I would expect from the price.

Candy arranged a driver for our collection, the flight was delayed by over an hour and he waited and was very accessible

United Kingdomthere’s a very steep hill to drive into but there’s nothing that can be done about that as Grenada is hilly you get use to it but just to be aware.
such a beautiful location close to town and all major attractions just 10-15 mins away, nice and quiet! Candy was friendly and very helpful!
