Bed was a little hard. Limited kitchen utensils and could have been a bit cleaner all round.

The guy that met us and welcomed us into the property was great. Very friendly. We could use the washer and dryer free for charge. 24 hour security on the gate.

It was not that close to the beach, but that didn't matter very much. However there's a river close by.

Staff was very helpful and plesant. There was bottled water in the refrigerator. We were even given a chocolate bar.

Just every aspect was easy and well taken care of. It might not be the Hilton but it exceeded our expectations. The large water cooler was a godsend. The gate watch keeps were the best. Thanks to Dwayne!

I stated my likes and dislikes. Mr. Ramesh was also helpful and I wish to thank him for the kind gesture of the chocolate. It was well received.

The service offered by Mr Bennett was exemplary. It was certainly more than I expected. Polite, well mannered, very willing and at times apologetic if he is unable to fulfill a request. An excellent employee. The other employees were also very friendly, however, I had more interaction with Mr Bennett. Really a great guy. The small bath soap was insufficient for three persons to shower minimum twice per day and when I requested another soap, none was available. I was disappointed.

Accommodation is situated 5 minute drive from the airport in a quiet area which has 24 hour manned reception Friendly staff, very clean and tidy has everything you need with ac and free wifi. I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you

For me there were no faults, but if you don’t have a car bear in mind there is no pool or any outside space* so you’ll need to hop on a bus or taxi to the beach (easily done) *some rooms do have balconies

The shower to get warm water it is only a dribble. The electric shower head could not cope with a faster supply of water. Utilitarian functional furniture with plastic chairs. Could have done with a bedside table.

Self catering basic utensels ok, clean and serviceable utilities. Air conditioning effective and use of washing machine a bonus.

The king size suite needs to be de-cluttered . I think the books should be removed and a lot of the lamps abc pictures in the well..

I have no complaints the staff was very nice, the accommodations were great the hotel staff was very pleasant and eager to help with anything we needed. The maid came everyday to see if we needed towels or maid service. We stayed in the king size suite, my only complaint is the apartment was a little cluttered. I will definitely stay here again but will choose a different room. I can’t say enough about the staff they were very friendly.

The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking, but to do more, would require a few more implements (eg grater, whisk, spatula, baking pan to go in the oven).

Comfortable, clean apartment, very friendly and helpful staff. We really liked that we had free access to the laundry facilities from 1700-0800. We had a very comfy bed, large shower and a full kitchen. Every time we had an issue, I mentioned it to one of the staff members and within a few minutes, they resolved it. Super!!

we stayed in a basic room. The bathroom was a bit dated and facilities are basic. maybe worth an upgraded room.

Good location if you work on the boat next to Spice Island Marina. We arrived from frozen England in to +35C heat, so we had much appreciated the air conditioning and fridge in the room. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Night staff was a tad lazy & reluctant to help with my bags. Quite the opposite of day staff & manager. There was a tear in the vinyl toilet seat, okay but think its should be replaced. Otherwise all good.

Day staff were super friendly & helpful. Everything was clean & tidy. The bed was super firm which is exactly what I needed for good nights sleep. I had been recommended by friends & would recommend to others.
