The toilet brush and pan were disgustingly rusty.

The hotel was a stonesthrow away from the airport. The pool was clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful.

The house cleaning could have been better . The chairs were all wobbly. They were changed immediately. The window panes were very dirty. There were no ice trays . The bedding was not changed. The toaster needed to be cleaned. The hot water mug was rusted. The he bottom of the shower curtain was dirty. There was a half roll of toilet paper on the spindle. We had to ask for toilet paper and garbage bags

The lock in the bathroom requires some attention when I finished showering the door handle wouldn’t turn and as a result I was trapped inside. I was staying alone as a result I could not get out. I was disappointed the restaurant and bar was not open for dinner and evening meal and drinks.

The breakfast was terrific I enjoyed the salt fish and coconut bread. The apartment was spacious and clean. All the equipment was modern and up to date. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

On our last morning we were unable to receive breakfast because there was no one around. The television in the room was the size of a laptop screen but if you're not in the room much (like us) it's ok.

The hotel is located 2mins from the airport and the receptionist was kind enough to arrange check in a few minutes early for us. The breakfast was nice and the sorrel was well flavoured. The rooms were clean.

Staff could be more friendly

Close to the airport - which was the main reason for us to stay here. It’s overall ok, cleanliness above average for Grenada, nice pool outside. Too far away from the beach though if you intend to stay here for holiday

There were no one to help with lifting the suitcases up the stairs. Elderly people should have help to the room

I needed a hotel for a one nights stay and La Heliconia & Day Spa met that need, the hotels location was great for me, the host Debbie very friendly and informative, the breakfast was lovely and the room was spacious. I requested a late check out and this was granted at an additional cost which further met my needs. The swimming pool and outside lounge area was a nice bonus.

Our room was directly underneath the Restaurant/bar and we were disturbed by moving furniture at breakfast time. Felt table and chair leg pads can be bought which would reduce noise. We like to cook and the kitchen equipment was quite limited. There were no shelves or cookware for the oven, though we managed to use the hob pretty much everyday for breakfast and a couple of evening meals. There was no hot water in either the of the kitchen or bathroom sinks, and for a 3* rated appartment I think this is a prerequisite. There was plenty of hot water for the massive shower, so not sure why that was not available for the bathroom sink. Toaster was faulty. We needed to ask for tea towels.

Great location, 5 mins from Airport. No disturbance from Airport as only a dozen flights per day and only 5 jets that land/take off during the day. Breakfast was good as was lunch. Staff were really friendly and helpfull especially Abby and Paulette. Debbie was also very welcoming and helpful. Pool area was great, peaceful and relaxing.

The stuff in the hotel were excellent if it wasn't for them we would not stay there I do not think that they get paid a fair price for the work that they do and also we got charged a whole day only for two hours staying in a room where we had been traveling for 24 hours
