Five minute walk to beach, grocery store and Umbrella Restaurant. Very very clean. I always clean when I get my room and my cleaning towel didn’t pick up anything. It’s very clean. They also came out as I was leaving to wave me off. That was so sweet.

The restaurant closes at 3:00 pm so if you arrive later, you will need to eat out. Only one ice machine on premises but there are refrigerators in the rooms. Electricity is 220 with British style plugs. The Hotel has adapters you can borrow.

Incredible staff that focused on the guest. Located close to shopping center and beach. Front desk loans you towels for the pool and beach.

The staff were excellent and service oriented. Facilities were older but well maintained. Food was good. Near to beach and a local shopping center. They have loaner towels for the beach and pool. Pool was clean and refreshing in the heat.

The room wasn't ready until 2 hours after the check in time The room was a bit dated however this is a budget option so this was ok The room could have been cleaner e.g. the glasses were dirty.

There is also a shopping mall only a few mins walk away.

Water pressure was a little slow, but this can be expected.

I have stayed here before and the service was equal to my previous visit. The hotel is in a great location, with the shopping mall a 5 minute walk away, and 10 minutes to the beach. Also very reasonably priced. The room was as requested with two separate beds. The air-conditioning took effect quickly. Check in was easy and the lady at reception was very friendly. She also arranged our taxi pick up for the following morning. A very comfortable stay.

Great location. Very close to the Island's biggest shopping centre with a good supermarket, a Bank, takeaways and many other amenities. It's located in a relatively quiet area, yet gives easy access to the above, including Grand Anse Beach and BBC Beach, both within walking distance. Access to the city centre is possible by bus for little money, or you can use local taxis using an app called Haylup. I use the buses for a more local experience. Amazing staff. Very helpful and welcoming. They helped me organise a Tour of the Island, which was exceptional and my taxi pick up from the airport.

The hotel was in an ideal location near to bars, restaurants and Grand Anse Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and approachable, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our apartment was excellent value for money with great facilities. Highly recommended!
