Restaurant closes at 3:00 PM so be prepared if you arrive later. The local voltage is 220 with British style plugs. The hotel has plug adapters available.

The staff were excellent and service oriented. Facilities were older but well maintained. Food was good. Near to beach and a local shopping center. They have loaner towels for the beach and pool. Pool was clean and refreshing in the heat.

The room wasn't ready until 2 hours after the check in time The room was a bit dated however this is a budget option so this was ok The room could have been cleaner e.g. the glasses were dirty.

friendly, helpful staff well maintained grounds with e.g. humming birds nice view across the bay from our room nice pool good location a short walk from Great Anse beach (5 mins) and Morne Rouge (BBC) beach (10 mins), with a few bars and restaurants nearby. There is also a shopping mall only a few mins walk away.

Water pressure was a little slow, but this can be expected.

I have stayed here before and the service was equal to my previous visit. The hotel is in a great location, with the shopping mall a 5 minute walk away, and 10 minutes to the beach. Also very reasonably priced. The room was as requested with two separate beds. The air-conditioning took effect quickly. Check in was easy and the lady at reception was very friendly. She also arranged our taxi pick up for the following morning. A very comfortable stay.

Great location. Very close to the Island's biggest shopping centre with a good supermarket, a Bank, takeaways and many other amenities. It's located in a relatively quiet area, yet gives easy access to the above, including Grand Anse Beach and BBC Beach, both within walking distance. Access to the city centre is possible by bus for little money, or you can use local taxis using an app called Haylup. I use the buses for a more local experience. Amazing staff. Very helpful and welcoming. They helped me organise a Tour of the Island, which was exceptional and my taxi pick up from the airport.

The hotel was in an ideal location near to bars, restaurants and Grand Anse Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and approachable, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our apartment was excellent value for money with great facilities. Highly recommended!

Large hills to walk up depending on where your room is located. I feel the breakfast menu could offer different deals.

They could have given my mother-in-law a room closer to the pool or conceirge so that she doesn't need to take the stairs that much. She's already on her late 70s and already has some issues with mobility.

We got the room at discounted price and really loved it. The concierge, the cleaning staff, and the servers at the restaurant are all nice. They even gave us free snacks upon check-out. The hotel is also just walking distance from the mall, which is really nice.

The rooms were dirty .They were dust on the bed heads behind the beds and under as well. The bathroom sink was dirty .The toilet was not flushing properly, and their was water on the floor .Our breakfast was very burnt.

The view from the room to the ocean that was amazing waking up to see the sea was excellent.

The one thing I didn't like was, my toilet broke down on the second day of our stay.

I loved the location, the staff was super friendly and the room we got was almost a steel for the price. Added to that the food was great and budget friendly.

The fridge was empty. A bottle of water would of been great because of the uncommon heat wave the islands are having. We had to go to the supermarket and get some water.

Friendly staff. The location was good, and it was an easy walk to the beach. Bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable. This was an unexpected 1 night trip,so we were just happy to find a reasonable place to stay. In such a short space of time.

Great views, friendly and helpful staff, free luggage storage, free beach and pool towels. Lovely guests. Upgraded to an apartment due to last minute booking. Roximity to town and BBC beach. Highly recommended.
