Perfect location, safe, nice and close to everything (beach, mall, restaurants)

Very steep. Can be difficult to cross the road when theirs to much trafic. (Goverment van put a pedestrian crossing their.) See thru curtains in the kitchen/living room. For some people a blow dryer can be handy to put.

The staff are very friendly. Feel safe. Very clean. The location.(a mall and food places nearby ,the beach , ATM machine/teller ) The view. Has most things you may need in a home. Comfortable & quiet.

Well the hill maybe a challenge for for elders other than that great

The location was ok for me reason, I was able to get transportation by standing at the entrance the beach is walking distance away among other things.

Location was great for us, as we did not have a car. Very clean. Everything we needed in apartment. Easy to walk for groceries, shopping, restaurants, beach. The final leg of the hill up to the apartment is very steep, so if you don’t have a car, you need to be fit enough to walk it.

There was a lot of stairs at the property and it is also on a steep hill, but this wouldn't stop me from staying here again - I was just unaware and travelling with my Grandmother who struggles to walk.

Julia and Francis were truly great hosts, from the communication following booking to my family and I checking out the final afternoon. The property hosted 10 of my family members across 5 units and everyone throughly enjoyed their stay and the facilities available to us. Great location, just a short walk from local shops and restaurants

The location was ideal for my first visit to Grenada.. everything from beaches, to malls, gas stations and restaurants were right within reach. The owner was quite welcoming and understanding in dealing with very late check in and out times due to my flight.. the living space was wonderful and beautifully designed, also clean and cozy.. almost felt like I was home😊. I will definitely recommend and will be visiting again very soon.💙💙

Access to the apartment car park is steep: by car when it rains you have to use the accelerator carefully.

Strategic location: ten minutes walking to the supermarket, less than fifteen minutes to Grand Anse Beach. Comfortable mattress. Kitchen equipped with everything you need.

The property is situated on top of a steep hill that can be difficult to climb if you have mobility issues.

The property is so close to grand Anse which is helpful for getting access to the mall, busses and beach. It was extremely clean had decent mod cons and was spacious enough for a 10 night stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

There was no elevator so if you was on the top floor you will be taking the steps. The location was on top of a steep hill so if you are walking be prepared for a workout.

The location was great and in walking distance from the beach, grocery stores & the mall.

The Bed was a bit too small for a couple .The Stove Was not too straight when cooking it just needed to be adjusted so the pots can sit better and inside the oven needed a baking sheet because baking little things .I don't like the Grill lighting .

If you have any issues with stairs or mobility ...perhaps request a ground level suite..they are very accommodating..

The building was modern with thought put into every detail(it even smells heavenly) .. it includes a mini laundry, a full kitchen with appliances...clean environment and a modern bathroom . I am very picky about where I sleep, and I cannot recommend this place enough . The location is the best part, walkable to restaurants, a mall with a supermarket, and the famous Grand Anse beach 10/10

The only thing we would've liked would've been a more comfortable couch to relax in front of the tv, but we made do.

The room was clean, and well lit. There was a washer/dryer in the room at our disposal, the host left tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper for us, in addition to bottles of water. The room was minimalistic, just to our liking. Bother living area and bedroom were air-conditioned which was refreshing in the caribbean heat.

No one avail at check out, so wasn't sure what to do with my unit key. Listing made it appear the unit would have a balcony, however my unit did not. Some of the units do. I will put in a request next time I book here!

Location! Other residents/visitors quiet. Kitchen equipped to cook for myself. Ice trays filled before I arrived. Bottles of water in the fridge, plus a Brita! Comfy bed. Nice shower. 110 and 220 avail. Separate AC units in living and bed room areas. Combo washer/dryer in my unit. Building entry requires code, and security camera set up to monitor comings and goings - safety++! Walking distance to mall, groceries, and restaurants! View of boats in Grande Anse Bay!!!

The facilities and amenities was good, however the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Other than that, it was a great stay.

It was great value for the cost and the location was great.

There were hairs left on surfaces and other areas weren't too clean. There is a very steep driveway up to the property which is challenging getting a car up and down. There never seemed to be anyone in the office and it wasn't clear how to contact them when they weren't there.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was a nice size with all amenities.
