Nothing really ... I guess the location isn't on the main beach but i quite liked that.

This is a lovely boutique Hotel which i would definitely recommend to other travelers. Mia was a pleasure to deal with as were all the staff. However if you have any mobility issues - unfortunately this is not the place for you as there are quite a few stairs. Breakfast was basic but more than sufficient to start your day. It was mainly cold cuts, pastries, cereals, fruits plus tea, coffee and hot chocolate. My room was amazing as was my en suite shower room. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchenette had ample equipment to make a basic meal.

Just back from three weeks at Villa Kaya where you are treated like royalty in a wonderful setting by the sea. Mia and her team certainly make you feel at home and are always on hand to help. Rooms are large and have everything you need for a short or long stay. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfasts are very nice and sufficiently varied. Villa Kaya is an easy walk to either BBC Beach or Grand Anse Beach. We walked over to Grand Anse Beach for a swim before breakfast every morning. There are a good choice of restaurants within walking distance.

The dock is available to use to enter the water for (supplied) paddle boarding or snorkeling. Unfortunately for us 70+ seniors, between the rocks and surf we deemed getting into and out of the water too risky with our poor balance. If we had been a bit more able, or the sea a bit less rough, or the tides just right, we would have enjoyed taking advantage of it to do some snorkeling, but we never got the chance. The pool, while a nice spot to cool off, is not very large. The only shade near the pool and deck is in a very shallow part of the pool with some nice loungers; we did take advantage of those!

Villa Kaya's location is excellent: a two minute walk to BBC Beach, or to the Quarantine Point park; a few restaurants also in walking distance, and excellent views. The included breakfast is also excellent; the breakfast was prepared and hosted during our stay by Agatha, who was an exceptionally good hostess. The room is comfortable and spacious; big shower with hot water, new and well designed kitchenette and seating; good closet space. Beach towels and room linens are very nice and changed daily if requested. Housekeeping staff were friendly and available.

Our room did not have a balcony. Staff provided chairs so we could sit by the patio doors. Beach towels were not great. The bar area was very cold and would have benefited from a nice outside area.

Beautiful position on probably the best beach. Large room well appointed. Very helpful staff. Nice deck area to enjoy sundowners. Very quiet. Good air con . Good housekeeping

Villa Kaya is beautiful, as soon as you enter l, you walked down the stairs towards a stunning view of the sea and mountains. Lots of green, birds chirping and sound of the ocean it truly reminded us we are on vacation and in paradise! The view of our view was stunning . Waking up daily overlooking the ocean just started our day in a wonderful way! The location is fantastic, it’s a very short distance to the BBC : Mourn Rough beach. Just a bit further, you can also walk to Grand Anase beach. So we don’t have an issue at all this is not beach front. The hotel itself is on the water so you are still close to the water and can enjoy the complimentary breakfast at the property overseeing the sea and mountain before heading out to other beaches just mins away. We enjoyed both Grand Anase beach and BBC. Though we find BBC is a bit rocky in certain part (small peoples and rocks) so be careful when you get into the water .again it’s just some part of the beach it didn’t take our love for both beaches ! There is plywood bar with a cool vibe with music and many restaurants on Grand Anase. The hotel itself is new ish so it’s very modern looking and clean. The staff is absolutely amazing especially Mia who is so thoughtful and helpful whenever we have questions or need something l. There is complimentary breakfast which is a great touch. There isn’t any restaurants on site but this gives us opportunity to venture out. It’s a short cap ride or walking distance before dusk. We also enjoyed the Infiniti pool and deck to watch beautiful sunset . We highly recommend this beautiful property, you will receive such warm welcome and fall in love with this place and island !

Location on laid-back BBC beach. The accommodation is modern (brand new opened in 2023), clean and well maintained. Rooms are large and have a kitchenette. Bed is super comfy. Breakfast included. Staff is amazing: always smiling, very helpful and attentive. Thank you Mia for everything,

Unique property with all the staff leaving at 3. It’s a nice hybrid of a hotel and private villa. Our hostess, Mia, was a gem! She was worried about our arrival and even sent a taxi for us. Along with the lady who arranged breakfast they made sure we were well taken care of. The entire staff was very welcoming and when we asked had lots of suggestions for activities and destinations to visit. There was one day that all our tours got cancelled due to rain and Mia prepared the community room for us ensuring we were all comfortable with warm blankets and snacks! She even gave us recommendations for food and helped us with delivery. She took care of us and was extremely helpful. Her suggestions were the best and we enjoyed our getaway from hectic work scheduled. Perfect relaxing weekend. The property itself is very clean and we felt very safe the entire time.

Would love a full length mirror in the room

This property is breathtaking, romantic, and secluded. From the time you walk in you see the beautiful property and BBC beach. We got upgraded to the seashell suite which brought my husband and I the much needed relaxation we needed. Everyday we had a view that overlooked the ocean. The hammock was awesome and felt safe. The pool was warm and overlooked the ocean. Everyday breakfast was a little different it was light and continental but satisfying (ex. boiled eggs, toast, yogurt, etc.) and a great way to start the day. There’s no room service but it allowed us to explore the island and local eats for lunch and dinner. Mia the property manager made us feel at home and taken care of. She was so kind and helpful and aided us in coordinating activities and dinner reservations. This place was one of a kind. I hope to stay here again

all was fine and I cant find anything which was not perfect

We rented a Villa for 9 days and our stay was just perfect. The property has direct access to the see, the beach is 5min by walking or possible to reach by swimming and the villa was perfectly made with lots of details in european style. The breakfast was allway with fresh fruits and all you need. All in all we felt more like beeing home than in a hotel. The place gives a level of privacy which was outstanding. The Owner craig and his staff made this experience happen. It was the first time on Grenada but definitively if we come back there is no other place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Kaya. The fresh breakfasts every morning at the outdoor table, swims in the pool/ off the dock in the ocean, walks to BBC beach, and watching the turtles (and a few sting rays!) every night with a glass of wine - it was really a magical spot. The design is clean and modern, all situated amongst the lush natural greens and blues of the island. We had a few meals at some of the different resorts (Mount Cinnamon, Silversands) and I’m convinced we stayed at the best place on the island.

We arrived for a 9-day stay at Villa Kaya, our room was spacious and spotless, with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries provided and all the amenities we needed. The furnishings were modern and stylish, and the bed was very comfortable. But what set this room apart was the view. We felt lucky to have booked the room with a deck overlooking the Sea, it was stunning! I spent every morning enjoying my coffee and watching sea turtles come up. We couldn't have asked for better hosts - Craig and the staff were excellent! Overall, I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I can't wait to come back again soon."
