The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the city center ( walking distance). The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

From minuses it is possible to note that in a room it was well heard that happens in a corridor. And price. Also, to get to the reception and rooms, you need to go up from the street to the second floor on the stairs. Take this into account.

A bit cold in the bathroom

A spacious room, hot shower, air conditioning to keep the room warm, bathrobes, very sweet person who bought something extra for me for my vegan breakfast. Clean and thoughtful.

The bed was a little too soft to my liking, and the water in the shower wouldn't drain, but that's minor, really. The coffee was bad, I think the coffee machine is just one of those cheap ones.

I checked in late and checked out early, so it was just one night's sleep, however it totally met my expectations. I especially loved how the table was pre-laid for each of the early birds who woke up for an early breakfast, and the breakfast itself was good, too. Super friendly English speaking staff.

Vert comfortable hotel, bases in a beautiful old house near to the beating heart of Kutaisi. Friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable room/beds/bathroom. Perfect breakfast. City center is a five to ten minutes walk. Would definitely go back!

Excellent small family-run hotel! Perfect quiet location about a 10 minute walk from Colchis Fountain. Lots of free parking nearby. Family couldn’t be kinder or more helpful. Great hot showers. Lovely breakfasts each morning. Pretty garden outside. Terrific restaurant (Story) right across the street. We felt very well-cared for. A perfect stay!

This hotel exceeded my expectations- very stylish with a lot of personality, vintage furniture, nice decor. Also an amazing garden with fruit trees and a swing. The bed in a double room is huge and super comfy. Toilet is very good, with a powerful shower. But the best part was breakfast- the most delicious home made crepes with home made strawberry jam, fluffy omelette and a REAL coffee (not an instant one like in other places). They also offered to print our tickets free of charge and arrange transfer to the airport for a good price.

Simple and clean. Nothing fancy but solid. Bed was super comfortable and they served a good breakfast. Only issue was that there is only one bedside table and lamp and no access to right hand side of the bed as it is tightly squeezed into room.
