Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

The hotel is located inside residential area, away from busy streets and crowds. Consequently it is quiet at nights. On the other hand, the metro station is just a few blocks away and, in fact, the old city is only about 20 minutes walking distance. The hotel is modern and clean, breakfasts are great with some traditional Georgian food. Last but not the least, the staff at the reception is exceptionally helpful and hospitable (many thanks to Irakli who helped us to navigate the city ))

IsraelThese are not really big deals, but: - the bath had no curtain or glass. The water flew everywhere around. Not comfortable. - the water was just warm enough. I wish it would've been hotter - breakfast was nice but i wish it had a little more variety. The bread wasn't always fresh
Our suite was big, the balcony was amazing! Great view, great AC, great everything. The staff was great. Overall, it was a great experience! I would definitely come back if I'm around in the future

IsraelOn the first day, there was a bit of smell from the room's bathroom but after telling about it, the bathroom was cleaned and the smell went away.
The breakfast was amazing. On the last day, we woke up early before breakfast time in order to get to the airport and the hotel provided us with a small bag with sandwiches, fruits, and water so that we would not be hungry during the long flight day. The owners are very polite and helping. The rooms are fine. The location is not in the center, but very close to the holy trinity church and in a matter of 10 minutes walk to Rike Park. There was a lot of parking space near the hotel, maybe because it was out of season.

United Arab EmiratesThe restaurant was closed for renovations. There was no option to get light snacks also. It is a bit uphill walk 2 to 3 mins from the main road to get to the hotel which can be tricky if you have kids or are carrying some stuff on you.
The suite with terrace is just amazing and we enjoyed the stay. The views are amazing. The hotel is super clean and the daily breakfast was also good. It was an amazing value for money for us.

FranceThe only downside is that the walls are quite thin. If someone is staying next door or talking in the corridor, you can hear their movements.
The interior design is stylish, with rooms that have everything you need, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast.

IranAlthough the quality of breakfast was really good and fresh but the variety was limited and I heard that most of the hotels in Georgia have the same options so it was nothing important. Hotel does not have a bellboy and you have to carry your own luggages but it was not important for us as well.
The hotel was new, very clean, really nice and kind staff, location was 7min walking distance of metro Avlabari station, very quiet neighborhood, no noise in the hallway, big elevator (lift), definitely worth the money. I have told them that we are on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to a better room without any extra money. I have to also mention that they allow us to sit in the terrace and enjoy exceptional view of terrace although it was closed due to redecorations. The staff was very friendly, very polite and welcoming (especially the tall guy in the reception with fluent english - I don’t know his name) The quality of breakfast was very good, very delicious, they changed few options every morning so in our 4night stay, we were able to try few new options (not much but better than having same thing everyday) options in the breakfast are: - Pasta with cheese - 2 different sausages - Boiled eggs - omelet - Yogurt - Honey - Chocolate cream - 4 different kinds of cheese - 2 different kinds of bologna - Apple, banana, kiwi, orange - Black and green olives - chopped cucumber, tomato, carrot - Hot milk, coffee, tea, hot water - Fruit juice (grapes or oranges) - finger-food (changed everyday) - Sweet homemade cake pieces (very delicious) - Bread with cheese (looks like pizza) - Cereals (regular and chocolate) - Bread - Fried bread with eggs (sweet and very delicious)

United Arab EmiratesEverything! Rooms are super clean, spacious, toilet with many amenities, modern furnitures, confy bed. It’s a cozy and modern hotel, 15minutes walking distance to Old Tbilisi. Staff is very friendly with special regards to Mr Irakli, who was super attentive and helpful, always with a big smile! He made our stay even more special. Breakfast has some warm selections ( eggs, sausages), coffee, juices and the delicious Georgian Kachapuri. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We will definately stay there again on our next visit to Tbilisi!

LatviaThe breakfast was very simple with small variety so we left a bit hungry every day. Although we paid for our hotel when we arrived (by card), when we where checking out (middle of night, we were late to the airport) the receptionist told us we need to pay 60GEL in cash for the transfer we used on our first day. We assumed it was already calculated in the price we paid for the hotel on the first day and nobody told us anything about paying in cash. We had already spent all GEL we had but luckily we had enough Euros in cash and he accepted it.
I asked for a nice view out of the window if possible and the hotel gave us truly the best room with a spectacular view on the Holy Trinity church! The hotel was modern, the room was perfect and the staff was very friendly! It was a nice touch that we had a new bottle of water in our room every day. Our personal favorite was the restaurant on the rooftop - very tasty food, great wine selection and amazing view! We spent almost every evening there. The location of the hotel is also nice, very close to a metro and bus station.
