One of the best hotel Tbilisi ,We really enjoyed our stay. the breakfast was excellent, service was great, staff are very helpful and the hotel had a nice modern feel. we would definitely recommend this for families. bathroom facilities including heater is perfect. room space is enough and comfortable.

Maybe the fact that we were asked to wait until they check the room to make sure everything is ok after we checked out.

Staff was extremly nice. I especially liked the manager's attitude who asked for feedback upon check-out. The location is really good. Breakfast was decent. We stayed only one night, didn't spend much time in the room, but it was clean and comfortable.

The best newly opened hotel in Tbilisi, location is the prefect as everything is on walking distance. Staffs are exceptionally excellent and supportive. I would recommend this hotel to everyone to have best experience in 🇬🇪.

The bathroom could have been cleaner.

We arrived at the hotel very early. We wanted to leave our luggage but the receptionist offerded us a very nice breakfast. Our room was already ready when we finished our breakfast. The breakfast was excellent. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was tea, coffee and water in the room. The hotel is very close to everywhere. You can walk everywhere.

Inaccurate room description (features balcony doesn’t mean you will actually get a room with balcony), though the staff fixed balcony issue next day. The smell of sewage in bathroom that forces you to keep window open 24/7. And the leaking shower cabin (had to pay attention where shower head is pointed)

The stay was amazing, the staff were soooo friendly, helpful and amazing… Lali is such an amazing lady who is sooo helpful we felt like home. Irakli have a great smile and soo helpful too. They did help us a lot. We highly recommend this hotel.

Restaurant service can be slow, but they try their best.

Amazing view from the Suite room. Fairly new hotel, with high standard rooms. Comfortable bed, pillows. Sparkling clean rooms, and attention to details. The breakfast was just what you need to start your morning. We were lucky to visit this hotel during our travels. The staff is super friendly, and very professional. Highly recommended!

Two little things that needs improvment: neighbourhood is not beautiful but it has potential, and the walls insulation - I could literally hear everything from my neighbours bathroom from my bed.

In winter it's too hot in a room, even with opened windows and coming noises from the street. Did not sleep well beacuse of this.

Great brand new Hotel, everything is brand new and clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, great location (quiet neighborhood, 3 mins walk from Avlabari metro station), good breakfast.

Location is not so close to city proper, but it is very easy to book a car. Hotel reception can help you book a ride.

Nothing, I only wish I had stayed for longer!

Everything! From the minute you walk in, the hotel smells wonderful and you’re greeted with the warmest smiles from those at the reception. I arrived several hours before check in and they were more than happy to accommodate me earlier. The room itself was stunning. So spacious and comfortable, I slept like a baby that night. They even have Netflix available on the TV! Breakfast is plentiful and everything was delicious. But most of all the staff is wonderful! I was only there for one night but they made me feel so comfortable, they were welcoming and kind.

The location is good close to the city centre and you can walk to most destinations from there but the view from the rooms are not good because its located around a compounded area looks scary but it was very safe.

The staff were amazing. So helpful and always smiling and such good polite people. I actually made friends with them and had long discussions few nights in a row. The guy who helps to carry your stuff most generous guy I have ever met. The entire hotel staff is great always willing to make your stay as great as possible and make you feel comfortable. The hearty breakfast in the mornings were amazing. The rooms were modern and quiet cosy I liked everything about this beautiful hotel.

Cant complain.

First location, metro bus taxi all available. Shops fastfood small grocery, pharmacy availble walking distance. Staffs are all great, 5star English speaker. Food for breakfast was well made and ample variety, vegetarian friendly.
