In the daytime it might be a little bit noisy if you want to sit on the balcony drinking coffee or beer, as the house is right by the road! But it’s very quite at night after 10:pm

The location is great, and parking is right opposite to the house. It costs only one GEL no matter how long you park! The market and all kinds of restaurants are within max. 5 minutes walk. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My stay at Alina's room in Kutaisi was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The facilities were top-notch, and the cozy decoration made it feel like a luxurious hotel room. The host is very friendly and helpful. He even came to pick up the keys for my very early morning check out to catch my flight. The room was exceptionally clean and warm and has a nice balcony. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located in center city and very near parking. (Just cross the road 20 meters) with free parking. The owner is very kind. It's perfect hotel for your stay or short stay for next plan to go to Mestia.

Wifi wasn't very stable, but I tbh, I don't think this is a problem of this particular apartment. I stayed in Georgia for over a week, in 3 different places, and noticed that the internet connection (including 5g on my phone) was universally unimpressive everywhere.

It's a great value for money, because of the location and the presence of a balcony. Easy to access, everything is close by, and the apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. The host arranged a late-evening check in for me with their neighbor, it was very convenient. They were welcoming and communicated promptly.

Very comfortable studio/apartment for my short stay in Kutaisi. Excellent location in the city centre, short walk from the main historical sites. The balcony is great for a glass of wine in the sun. The owner was very accommodating - he stayed up late for my early morning arrival from the airport, and woke up early for my morning departure.

Absolutely nothing! Would definitely stay again

Cheerful and extremely helpful host, lovely room with balcony to sit out in the evening, good facilities, decent air con that didn't keep you awake. Best night's sleep I have had at a hotel or guest house in a long time! Stay here when you come to Kutaisi or miss out!

Kutaisi is a wonderful small city and this room is just exceptional for staying at when you visit. Location wise everything is close by if that’s the market, bakery, coffee, good restaurants or wine bars. And the balcony are just the best.

We stayed one night in Alinas Room. Communication with the hosts was perfect,I loved the location of the room and the easiness of getting there and parking our car effortlessly directly in front of our place. Little balcony is charming.Zaza, the host, was very helpful and polite.Room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. I loved a set of three towels for each of us.We love little lamps next to our beds and they were there. Alina's room is definitely value for money.We will use the room in the future for during our visits in beautiful Kutaisi.
