First and foremost, cleanliness is always a top priority for me, and I was thrilled to find the room impeccably clean. The cozy ambiance of the room added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Batumi's vibrant streets and attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the tranquility of the room, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. From my balcony I can see Black Sea on the left and Mountains on the right. What a nice view to start a day with! I absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Batumi. Its cleanliness, cozy ambiance, serene surroundings, and stunning view make it an absolute gem.

We had a great stay alliance palace in Batumi. Really luxurious hotel services The view and location were fantastic. The apartment was well equipped, had great natural light, and had a great table that served as an excellent eating and work space for 2. There was public parking available in the lot between the apartments and the public building. We would highly recommend it and we would definitely come back.

Staying at this hotel in batumi was an absolute delight! The staff, especially Dato and Levan , were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was lovely with elegant decor and luxurious amenities. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location is great, walkable distance from Mcdonalds, Goodwill and Boulevard. The apartment is super clean, with every amenities one may need while on vacation. I will definitely go back to allince place while in Batumi.

Very Friendly Staff, They took really good care of the Guests. The rooms were super Clean spacious and incredible seats view 🥰🥰The Food with their Restaurants was Fantastic. The Sushi was amazing and the Breakfast Buffet had everything you would asking😍❤️❤️

The view from the balcony was incredible, and the apartment looked exactly like in the pictures. Even though there were a few gifts fir welcome🙏🙏, Lucas was very responsive and resolved all requests. Overall, the price/quality ratio is unbeatable in Batumi.😍🙏❤️

I would just say amazing apartment nice sea view and super clean in the center of Batumi, you can enjoy a nice few days. I find very good coffee shops and shopping malls with incredible sea views . Glad to come back 💚🤝🍀✈️🌎
