The hotel is luxurious big spacious and incredible sea view. Really cozy apartments and equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living. The location is great, with everything within walking distance. We highly recommend it to anyone, Allince palace is perfect for a vacation!

The location is great, walkable distance from Mcdonalds, Goodwill and Boulevard. The apartment is super clean, with every amenities one may need while on vacation. I will definitely go back to allince place while in Batumi.

This hotel offers one of the best views of the dancing fountains and Beach. We got a room upgrade thanks to a fantastic reception -levan was cheerful and super helpful. He made our stay an unforgettable experience. Fountain view rooms are large and well equipped. It's definitely worth the money. We also used free transfer to the Batumi airport. Everything was well organised. Early check in or check out wasn't a problem. The hotel offers the best value for the money in this location. We also used the pool, open till late, which was a nice cool off from the heat.

Our stay in Batumi was absolutely amazing. The apartment was very well located in the centre of the city just a few minutes from the beach. Flat istself was very modern and clean. Reception staff was very quick at responding so the arrival was very smooth

Alliance palace is located in a beautiful area with a sea view. The location is great, walkable distance from Mcdonalds, Goodwill and Boulevard. The apartment is super clean, comfortable and super incredibly sea view with every amenities one may need while on vacation. I will definitely go back to alliance palace while in Batumi.

Very Friendly Staff, They took really good care of the Guests. The rooms were super Clean spacious and incredible seats view 🥰🥰The Food with their Restaurants was Fantastic. The Sushi was amazing and the Breakfast Buffet had everything you would asking😍❤️❤️

The view from the balcony was incredible, and the apartment looked exactly like in the pictures. Even though there were a few gifts fir welcome🙏🙏, Lucas was very responsive and resolved all requests. Overall, the price/quality ratio is unbeatable in Batumi.😍🙏❤️

I would just say amazing apartment nice sea view and super clean in the center of Batumi, you can enjoy a nice few days. I find very good coffee shops and shopping malls with incredible sea views . Glad to come back 💚🤝🍀✈️🌎

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment you walk in you know, you're in heaven. Everything works and the location is perfect! Also, there actually are places to park for free nearby (or directly downstairs) Fast elevators and super clean reception Security gays are very polite and helpful

My stay was perfect. The communication with david was very quick and accurate. he has been kind and caring. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable and clean with nice decoration.
