The location is a bit different but still in a very good location. The ceiling is not very high if you’re super tall, I didn’t have a problem tho!

The apartment is very nice! It has everything you might need. Very good for long stay and very convenient if you would like to experience staying with locals. The owner was very nice and welcoming and she even gave us fresh made Georgian food. Apartment has an outdoor area shared with the owner. The location is very convenient and 2 minutes walk from the bus station that brings you from the airport and a few minutes walk to the city center.

This place is in a central location in Kutaisi. Walking distance to the main city and many attractions near-by the city. The room was tidy, clean and cozy with all the required amenities. The hosts were nice and supportive.

Apartment was renovated and super clean with nice garden while our dear host Lela was so kind and helpful in everything that we needed! Location was quite central so we could easily reach main Kutaisi sights by foot. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Spacious apartment on ground level. Crystal clean with modern facilities. Just across bridge from the city center. Easy parking on the street about 30m from the door ( ask the owner for advice). We have spent one night before our flight back; will dream to spend more time at this place. Also Kutaisi is very nice place to spend more time...

Fantastic apartment. Plenty of room and spotless. Hosts are a beautiful family who welcomed me with homemade glintwine and cake. Close to a number of bars, restaurants and the River. Great stay.

We had a great time at Layla's flat. Perfect location and easy to walk around (everywhere). The flat is in great condition, very roomy and clean. The Host, Layla and her husband are very nice people and easy to communicate with. Big thanks 🙏 to a wonderful Host.

wifi sign is only strong close to the entrance door (could be solved easily), there was no water during the day (due to city reconstruction I guess) made a bit of a struggle

Lela is a very friendly and generous host. She organised a taxi to take me to the fabulous Archeological Museum in Vani and also treated me to her delicious Lobiani. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet and close to the centre.

Nice apartment in the city centar, facing the garden so you are not disturbed with the noise from the street. Fully equiped. Host wellcomed us with a glass of wine and freshly baked springrolles ;)

The place is cosy, decorated with various details, newly renovated, it has all equipment with kitchen tools for comfortable living. Also the location is very good, in the center of town, all places of interest a near. The hosts helped us with transportation to some well known objects (Martvili Canyons and others), though we had not so much time on that day, nerveless the owners organized it fast. The owner is very nice and intelligent person, we had some interesting conversations, and even treated us with a real home baked delicious chachipuri

I wish the Wi-Fi was stronger so I could do some work and that there was an air conditioner unit but it was manageable for a few days. I still think it is the best flat and best host in Kutaisi.

Very nice host. Excellent location. Clean apartment. The host offered to cook lobiani for us, which was very tasty. Also, she helped to book a taxi transfer to the airport which was 4 cheaper then Bolt price.
