We had a fantastic stay at Archie's Apartments with our family. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-located. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful. Highly recommend for families!

The great property for the money. Great host Archi was always online and helped with any question (which restaurant to visit, for example). Double bed was comfotable. Kids slept on the sofa and they felt comfortable too. Property locates in Turkish quarter, with bakery near. It was hard not to buy everything in it. Also it has a private car parking in case you traveling by car.

Everything was great, the best place we stayed during our 5 weeks trip in Georgia! The apartment is well located in the old town, clean and contains all the facilities needed for a good stay. Beds are comfortable and all the furniture looks new. Archie is very friendly and willing to help. We even wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately the apartment was already booked.

The property is tastefully decorated with objects and paintings. The owner welcomed me and did help me to bring my luggage upstairs. There is a functional kitchen where you can cook yourself the lovely fish for sale at the fish market. It is in a very enjoyable quarter, near many places within 10 to 15 minutes by car. And to use Bolt or Yandex.Go is very easy, Download these applications when you land in Georgia.

Excellent location, just in heart of Batumi old town. A lot of restaurants, and close to the sea. Host is very frenly ond open mind pierson, He is ready to help you in any kind of question.

First of all, Archie and his daughter are very kind and good people. They helped us with everything. Archie even gifted us his own handmade wine as we were leaving the hotel. Definitely try the wine it's very good!! Archie's apartment is located in a very nice location. We were able to visit everywhere by walking, very close to the tourist areas. To the beach, Ali Nino, Piazza, European Square... Everywhere is within walking distance. Also the room and all the furnishings were very clean and there is everything you might need. The decoration of the room is very sweet. We had no problems and were very pleased. We stayed for 4 nights. If I come to Batumi again, I will definitely ask Archie if there are any rooms available.

Its what it is but the apartment we got was on the 2nd floor (G+1+1) and since we had big suitcases with us, it was a bit difficult to carry it up to the apartment and back at the time of check-out.

The Hotel is located in a very convenient location and everything you need is available in a walkable distance - be it Grocery, vegetables, bakery , taxi etc etc.. The owner Mr Archil and his family were very accommodating. On the day of our checkin, Mr Archie enquired with us what time we will arrive. When he realised, we would be arriving late - he did a video call with me to show the way to his house and how to get to our apartment. He did this so that he would not be available by the time we arrived. We arrived very late and as soon as i called him, his family arrived downstairs to escort us to the apartment. His family members were very kind to us and familiarised us with the apartment facilities. The apartment was equipped with everything one needed for a decent stay and yes, the apartment was very well furnished, maintained and restored. We enjoyed our stay! The surrounding area is full of Hotels and only walkable distance to all attractions of Batumi!

Archie is a great host. At the beginning he greeted us with a great Georgian wine. He was very helpful with questions and problems. I really recommend Archie's apartment. It is clean, spacious, comfortable, with air conditioning and well located. Stay in Batumi at a very attractive price.

Very clean apartment, everything we needed for a comfort stay. For our company of 5 persons it was a lot of space. Quiet location at the center of Batumi - a lot of restaurants around. Wooden kitchen furniture is excellent! Archie is a very friendly and responsive host, will help you solve any problem, also he makes his own wine, and you can try it😉

It was very clean, all rooms were renovated and ecstatically pleasing. We had everything we might need - kitchen utensils, extra toilet paper, toiletries, free water and a parking space. Though the brightest gem of the place was the host and his true Georgian nature - very friendly and welcoming. It is possible to book a tour with him around Batumi that included botanical garden, two mounted tops, seeing of a fortress, a very filling and delicious meal including traditional Georgian foods next to a river and then finishing up with a rafting adventure. All that toped with Georgian humour and mentality made our day unforgettable. We even got a video and pictures shot from a drone.

Excellent location of the apartments, in the heart of the old town. The owner is a very nice and pleasant person. The apartments themselves are in good condition. The owner greeted us upon arrival with wine and a good sense of humor.

Everything was just great. Very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Located in the Old Town close to shops, bars, landmarks, restaurants. Archie offers amazing tours so be sure to try one. He can help you with everything. It is perfect place to stay in Batumi. Also if you are looking for a wine, he can assist with his own products. Many thanks.

Not things I didn't like, just things to be aware of: 1) the apartment is on the 3rd floor (beware if you need to carry children) 2) if you haven't yet, search for pictures of old town courtyards - they have a unique vibe that I grew to enjoy a lot, but they aren't polished

The location is perfect if you appreciate old town charm. The port, old town attractions, and great restaurants are right around the corner, and the beach is only a 10-15min walk away. The host (Archie) is very welcoming. He met us with wine :) accommodated all requests, and even helped out with a stroller when ours broke. The 3-bdrm apartment fit our 6-adults+2-kids family quite comfortably, and having the second bathroom made a big difference.

We are a religious family of 7 from Israel who booked the Arci' guest house for a family vacation. And I have to praise the owner of the amazing apartment, Archie, who received us with great hospitality, gave us a short tour of the apartment and, of course, offered his kind service in every matter. The apartment we took was a very large and spacious apartment with all the conditions required to experience a good vacation, starting with high-quality electrical products, excellent furniture and comfort in all respects (the photos on the website do not reflect the reality on the ground which looks much more beautiful and warm. The apartment is located in the center of the old city with easy access Easy and fast to the Chabad house, the beautiful promenade, the city center and more. We highly recommend!
