One major thing that bugged us is that the property info says that "the apartments have balconies" and then there were the photos of said balconies. Yes, I could have checked further if this particular room has a balcony or not, but it was a disappointment after all. Other than this, there were small inconveniences, for example there was a high dining table at the kitchen but there was no chair with a suitable height, so having breakfast was interesting.

The location of this apartment is excellent, it is really close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, but still somehow super quiet. Our host was a very kind man, he picked us up at the train station late at night and took us to the property. He answered every question quickly and helped us in everything we needed. The bed was comfy.

Shower head could work a little better when extended all the way to the top height, but not too much of a problem.

Property is very nice located in city center right next to the Sheraton Hotel. Walking distance from every place we wanted to go (~15 min walk radius) Owner was super nice and helped us with everything we needed including a ride to the airport at the end of the stay. It was just what we needed, quiet apartment in city center. No doubt one of our best stays in Booking! Hospitality of owner is beyond compare!

I have to admit that our hearts sank a little when we arrived in the car park and looked up at the apartment building with its ramshackle former soviet style. The perception wasn't enhanced by the condition of the stairwell and aging lift which were equally uninspiring, however, all was well once we entered the apartment. We contacted our host by WhatsApp on arrival and he came promptly to meet us. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, very clean and tidy and well-provided for. There is a living/dining room, separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The whole place was immaculately clean. There is also a balcony accessed from both the living area and kitchen. The place is very quiet and peaceful and located just a short walk from the Batumi boulevard and 10-15 minutes walk from from Old Batumi. Our host was very friendly and welcoming and provided a free transfer to the airport on departure which was great. There is a small supermarket on the ground floor of the building and bars & restaurants are readily accessible on the boulevard.

Great location, 4 min walk to beach. Neighbourhood full of restaurants. Nice balcony with view over the big pond. Host easygoing and friendly. Neat and clean apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Great value. Would definitely stay here again!

Only thing what we didn't like was the bed, because it creaked. Everything else was ok.

Clean and comfortable apartments with great location. There was everything what is needed for staying. We liked that in the kitchen was many dishes and kitchenware. The owner of apartments is very nice. Also was very good that he waited us at the airport and got us to apartments, Georgian welcome :)

It's a somewhat shabby late Soviet-era apartment block. It is served by a tiny, often busy lift. We also had an intermittent problem with hot water in the shower. It was a bit annoying, but we found a workaround that involved opening the hot-water tap in the washbasin to fire up the combination boiler.

A nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. It was extremely hot during our visit, but the powerful air conditioning unit would cool the place down in minutes. A large, fairly well-equipped kitchen. Flat-screen TVs in each room and a fast internet. A great view of the lake and the new Batumi from the balcony. Last, but not least, a friendly and helpful host.

The apartment, and the building itself was probably Soviet era, very old, and outside the property was quite scruffy, which gave not a good feeling. Whole building and immediate area needs renovation,

It was clean, and all worked, except for 1 day (problem with water supply in the house). Also a flush problem, but as soon as the friendly owner arrived it was corrected quickly. TV also didn´t work, but that was not a problem for me. The owner had no spare key to do the repairs, so I had to return to the property with my key (lost time). He also took me to the station and back, for free.
