The view from every window is spectacular. There’s a new cottage being built sort of in front of this one, but it doesn’t ruin the view at all. Someone here was unhappy about the fact that it’s a bit of a walk from the town center, but you can only see the peak Kazbegi if you go a bit higher, so it didn’t bother us at all. It’s only 10 minutes. The cottage itself was super clean and cozy, with charming Christmas ornaments everywhere. Kitchen had absolutely everything you might need for cooking. And the most important thing - it was minus 8 degrees at night, yet we couldn’t feel it inside the cottage. It was unexpectedly warm. Our stay was perfect here. Totally worth the long road from Tbilisi!

This place is amazing - apart from the great view of the city and mountains, it has all you need inside - all kitchen stuff, blankets, etc. There's even a barbeque in the yard. I strongly recommend this place, especially if you want to stay there more than one night.

The cottage its great itself, but we came at the beginning of April, there was still snow on the mountains but not around us and in the Village. Generally about Georgia, I have never seen such outdoor spaces, the space around houses, streets, and all the outdoors everywhere in the countryside of Georgia is so messy and gray and in bad condition. It is something that doesn't match the care they take for the interiors. So the problem is general, that is why you can't enjoy the property itself bc the surroundings. I don't know why nobody speaks about it. That makes the value for many of any properties low.

The cottage was waiting for us, the owner unlocked it and left the keys before we arrived, and the house was warm in side waiting for us.

All disadvantages are totally understandable and don't have a negative impact, but it deserves a quick warning. Hot water in bathroom sometimes was unstable. Internet wi-fi connection sometimes was disappointing, but mobile internet works really good there anyway. Closest shop is in range of 15-minutes downhill/uphill walk, so be prepared if you don't have a car. After all, it seemed too insignificant, so we rated or vacation with 10/10

Great location with fantastic views. Clean panoramic view on mountains, valley and amazing Kazbek. A lot of beautiful places to walk and relax. Churches, waterfalls, hills and cinematic landscapes everywhere. Cozy warm apartments were decorated on Christmas holidays with a Christmas tree and lights all over the house. All you need for comfortable living were there, and host was very helpful and welcoming. We spent 3 days there and had a wonderful experience.

This cottage is an excellent choice for stay with family. It is equipped with all kitchen facilities which you would need during vacation. Host Ani was super friendly, prompt, & supportive and was there to answer our queries and provide us what we asked for. She arranged tour guide as well when I requested for the same. We had our stay when temperature was very low in the city but the cottage had proper heating arrangement and steady warm water supply.

Maybe in the description, indicate that you need to walk a kilometer up and down hill to get to the closest supermarket. For us it was not an inconvenience but for a family with small children or an elderly couple, this might be a surprise.

The view from the cabin was wonderful - especially in the morning as the fog clears and the mountain appears before you. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. There is a restaurant conveniently located next door if you do not want to cook.

Everything was excellent. Good communication with the host, everything was prepared when arrived at the location. The cottage is amazing and has everything what is needed for the stay. If we come back to Georgia, we definitely will choose this location. Thank you!

Only two minor things: it got a little bit cold at night due to the wind, so be prepared to use the heater or the additional blankets in the cottage and there are no light proof curtains.

The host was extremely friendly and helped us with the BBQ and to get fresh meat from the butcher. The views are stunning! The host even gave us BBQ equipment for free and helped us with getting it running.
