The pool and playroom need renovation! We paid for a king-size bed, but it was just a double tween bed. After we tried Khinkali in Hotel Restaurant, we got sick.

They send you message after check-in, where they tell you, that check-out is at 12, that you should let them know about your check out, but they would like you to check out at 10:30. :)

Breakfast starts only at 9 am. It was late for us :( At least they could have given us coffee earlier :) The food is cold :( Staff should be "more flexible" It was 8:50 a.m., but they said, "you can't eat" :)) Even though the food was already served. I would really like background music in the pool and restaurant. There were no hangers for clothes in the closet

Really nice hotel for very good price. Excellent cozy rooms with view to mountains. Friendly and helpful stuff. Warm pool and good sauna!! We enjoyed our stying here ! Lokation it’s near town , but to go to ski cabins - not easy to walk , you need to drive .

Nothing to complain of.

The hotel is the most comfortable for the family with kids. The space is organized very well, so that one can look after the kids while sitting in the restaurant or terrace. The swimming pool located in the hotel is warm and comfortable at any weather. The staff wa svery friendly. I was there with three 6-8 yo boys and my mother and we all enjoyed very much.

The hotel's location is high, which is an advantage, but the road leading to it is 100 meters muddy and not asphalted from the nearest public road

Location is brilliant if you need more silent vacation. Around 500m from Kokhta mountain which have amazing view and almost all facilities. All around snow and silence. & appx. 1 km from Bakuriani center where you can see many various sort of hotels, couple of good restaurants, and other infrastructure. You will pay around 5-7 usd for taxi to reach downtown in max 10 min even if heavy snowy weather. Or you can walk around 20 min. to downtown. So, location is brilliant. Hotel is new. Reception team is supportive and cute. Breakfast 5 star*! Great cozy hotel next to mountains. (4 stars hotel, it's not resort) Ideal for couples.

Rooms are not soundproof and internet are on and off. No street lights outside, its dark.

The location is ok but there is no street lights near the hotel. It's so dark. Breakfast was good but the staff are a bit serious, should try to smile and greet the tourist. But our stay was ok. Thank you Auroom.
