Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaBreakfast was not great with limited options on most days. Lack of a fruit juice was a bit disappointing. Also lack of basic knowledge of English across staff members often hurt the overall experience.
The location was definitely good - close to a prominent station but also quiet. Though the approach being a bit dark hurt the vibe a bit. The room was big and AC worked quiet well. It was great to have a smart TV with youtube enabled - allowing us to chose what we wanted to see. Rooms size was quiet big and it was overall comfortable.
