This hotel is SUPER. When you enter the hotel you immediately feel the hospitality. The manager is very helpful and friendly. The professional barman is the best in town. Food is excellent and based on European taste. Always parking place in front of the hotel. Modern room with good beds, shower/bad and airco and Wi-Fi. This hotel is really the place to stay in Batumi.

Very good location, just in front of the beach. The room is fully renovated and clean, absolutely loved it! Stuff was super friendly and was ready to help with any matter! Would definitely go back in summer

There was construction nearby, but it didn't bother too much.

It was far enough from the crowded beaches, yed it had everything. The balcony was awesome. And the staff were nice.

Location is amazing. Uninterrupted views of the ocean And Sunsets so beautiful. Staff superb and went out of their way to help you.I will definitely come back and know that I will have the best time again It was my trip's highlight

1. Swimming pool water was cold (owner knows and is working on it). 2. Would be nice to have an itemized bill at the end of your stay especially if you drink at the hotel bar and take drinks from there to your room and do laundry ( we did all of it). Although I had a ball park figure in my mind, and at check out I was charged pretty close to that. It would've been much more satisfying to see the itemized bill. Although I don't think anyone ripped me off. Not so much that I didn't like it, but Im sure lot of people may have an issue with it. 3. Clarify the difference between suite with terrace vs junior suite. Had to make a call to understand that.

Location is close to the airport and great seaview. The staff is awesome, the owner couple are chill... Very informal and homely vibes

Quite unlucky location - right next to the pool in a couple of meters there are buildings under construction. And rooms without sea view have a view to a piles of construction garbage...

Of all the great things you can come across in Batumi, be it beach or beautiful scenery, Batumi Palm Hotel was hands down my favourite experience. It's perfectly located on the first line of buildings facing the beach and distant enough from all the crowded towers of Batumi to enjoy the calm sound of the waves, yet within reach to any groceries or vendor you might require. The place is well designed and maintained to the last bolt and colour. Unlike any other place I’ve come across, it’s extremely clean, always smells like flowers. And all this isn’t even the best part. The owners make you wonder why you can’t trade a family member for one of them. They’re kind, always cheerful and always ready to make your stay more memorable than you expected. This place is like your home away from home.

Lots of construction happening around the area.

Food was the star of the show with the new BBQ smoker! Room was quiet and comfortable. The view of the sea was unimpeded. Great location away from the crazy center but walkable.
