- If you set a filter for free parking during your search, the hotel comes up. Yet, they don't/cannot provide guaranteed parking for guests as there is no hotel parking garage or place (yet; there is still construction going on around the premise). One can and needs to find free parking on the street around the hotel which is a real challenge considering traffic. - Room maintenance needs a bit of improvement: our white curtains had holes and the walls had black marks

- Delicious breakfast with local and international dishes. The warm dishes like eggs, omelet, baked beans and soup are homemade (you can tell by the spices, ingredients and feshness). Also, the staff at breakfast is very attentive and brings replacements when plates are empty. - For our baby, we received a crib, a baby chair plus bib (for breakfast). The breakfast lady even brought a balloon 🎈 and tied it to the chair so our little one could play with it. - Rooms are very clean and equipped with all essentials. - The view from the 40th floor to the black sea is epic - Hotel room and facilities are exactly like the pictures on booking.com - Good value

The description in Booking suggests that there’s a swimming pool, spa and gym when in fact there’s no such facility in the hotel but in a building next door that is shared with another hotel and perhaps is public. The hotel is on the 40th floor of a 50 floors building, there’s another hotel in the 36th floor. The rest of the floors are apartments , I think.

The staff were excellent, attentive and so helpful, the bathroom and particularly the shower was nice. The fact that there was a table with two comfortable chairs was a bonus. It had a small balcony but no chairs there. The bed was comfortable and the room of acceptable size. There was plenty to eat for breakfast with hot and cold options.

It is not a "hotel" as claimed. They just have one floor of a skyscraper and provide short-term stay. It is far away from a "5-star hotel". However, I do not really know this is the problem with booking.com that considers them as a 5-star hotel or they themselves claimed that...

We went for 1 night since we were going to Tbilisi’s and it was on of the best hotels I’ve been to the breakfast was really good and I will definitely visit again at the end of my trip.

Host was really nice, you can always call or chat through booking, answers every time and fast. So everything was smooth. Room was even better than on the pictures. 40th floor wie was one of the reasons we came and it did not dissapoint us. Big variety of different eatables (too many to write down here) and drinks. Got my stomach full every morning with great pleasure while enjoying a great wie. And great location, beach is next to the hotel, lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, i hope to come back!

Beautiful and well equipped suit with an amazing view towards the Black Sea and batumi harbor. It’s in the 40th floor and there is an amazing buffet with great and various food at the same floor which makes it unique to the rest of the floors of the tower, also there is a private reception. Amazing staff which do their best to create comfort for you.
