Hospitality! Welcome drink at the check in and little help with the taxi was very much appreciated. All the ladies at the front desk were exceptionally nice & helpful the whole stay. Rooms! All new & very stylish. Breakfast was good! Location is great! Walking distance to all the main attractions. Pretty much everything about this place is great (and very eye pleasing)! Looking forward to another stay.

Lovely small hotel with amazing location and even better staff working there. Room was nice, bed and pillows excellent. And breakfast- fresh orange juice and everything else was just super. Nice gesture from hotel was a ready made breakfast bag as we had to leave 3am. We are definetly coming back!

Beware that cars can't reach the entrance of the hotel, however, it is a very short walk from the main road. Also, it is located in a busy area so can be a little noisy during the night so bring your earplugs.

Excellent location in the middle of a pedestrian only zone close to Freedom Square, the rooms were in good size, delicious and varied breakfast, and great staff.

Very chic place right in the centre of Tblisi, easy walking distance to all the sights and the old town. Large comfortable room, a great breakfast, and a nice bar area to relax after a day's sightseeing (the 15% discount for guests helps!). The staff are super friendly. It's exactly the kind of hip boutique hotel you might find anywhere else so not particularly local or reflecting of a "real" Tblisi if that's what you're after, and a bit pricier than some options, but it's a great place to stay. It's on a pedestrianised street so note if you're getting a taxi from the airport, they'll have to drop you a hundred metres or so away and will look confused. But trust them and the SatNav!

The design of the hotel is fantastic. The location is very convenient to visit every touristic spots. All areas are very clean and hygenic. The breakfast has delicious varities. The best thing in the hotel is the staff in reception. They are always smiling and trying to help you. Thanks for everything and recommends to everybody

Since we had a lot of luggage we struggled to take and bring back luggage however the lady at the arrival came to help us. Also, breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The rooms run fairly small, which may prove challenging for couples with big bags and groups with a lot of luggage. We were upgraded to a larger suite, which was very appreciated, but our luggage took up most of the floor space. However, if you are spending most of your time outside, the size of the rooms is something that can be overlooked.

The staff was very attentive and professional. They have a personal touch to how they engage with and care for their guests. I liked the style and decor of the rooms, reception and restaurant areas. It is in a central location, on a fairly quiet street, which is rare. Doesnt seem to accommodate too many guests, so it feels like an intimate hotel. It is very clean, well lit, and the air conditioning system works great.

Location was good, about 15 minutes walk to Liberty square Staff were friendly and accommodating to our random requests - They helped us book a wine tasting, provided umbrellas when it rained amongst other things. Breakfast was delicious, I loved the variety Rooms were clean and comfortable

The rooms were impeccably clean. The personnel was communicative even from before we arrived (when we wished to book a 1day trip), kind and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of choices. The hotel location was very good, close to the center.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area. The interior of the hotel is elegant, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a tasty welcome drink “glintwine”, which was a delightful touch. The breakfast provided was truly decadent, comparable to a 5-star experience. In addition to the superb amenities and ambiance, I must say that the hotel staff are very professional accommodating to guests requests :) Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a luxurious yet affordable accommodation option. Will definitely be visiting again.

I Love love love the staff that works here. I came with my 4 friends, the staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and fresh. I love the decor as I am used to the same old places - marriott,intercon..etc.- loved everything. Breakfast was also amazing! the buffet had a lovely selection and It's just at the perfect spot and location! will be back again and the price.. UNBEATABLE! : D everyone had a wonderful time at the hotel.
