The mattress was quite firm for our backs but that's probably just because we are used to a softer one :)

Very clean and nice apartment - includes everything you might need. The view is truly fantastic! Sergey and Aneli were very friendly and helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone travelling to Batumi!

Of all the places in Georgia we stayed at, this was the best one in terms of everything. The view was amazing and relatives even did not believe that it is the view from the apartments; the host is so welcoming and friendly in communication (he even gave us two Georgian wines, which was really nice of him and the wines were perfect, of course); also the location is really convenient. The best of the best! :)

The view from the balcony is amazing, room is clean and spacious and wine from the hosts was a great treat! The location is not central, but the center of the city is not far away, and the walkway along the sea is right near the building.

The apartment was great. Sea view was amazing from 29th floor where the apartment is located. From the balcony you will see wide park/garden named Lech Kaczynski's Park - former president of Poland who sympathized with Georgia. Apart from the park, this marvellous view includes sea and shopping mall. The apartment is well-equipped and very warm. Free car parking is available on the street in the neighborhood, it's always easy to find something there.

Apartment was perfectly cleaned and it had all things which we may have imagined we would need - microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine and even powder for it so we didn't have to worry about buying our own. We had everything we needed and even more and our housekeeper Aneli took care of us very nicely. We could contact her with any question and she was helping us with nothing but kindness which was great support for our first visit in Batumi. We will not have to look for apartment for our next visit in Batumi because we've already found perfect one. :)

This apartment was an amazing value - new, fully stocked, including two bottles of wine! - and with exactly the view from the balcony as shown on the photos. There’s a restaurant on the 37th floor that’s associated with a different hotel group but open to other guests in the building - convenient and tasty.

We just loved everything !! Sergei is a very kind man, takes care of all the details. We went to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. He offered us wine and put red roses on the bed and table. Sent someone to pick us up from the airport even though we landed early in the morning he let us do the check in the room earlier than usual. excellent location with nice view! We will definitely go back and recommend to everyone his nice and charming apartment. Thanks again to you and Anali for the good hospitality and the best service.

There was a little bit annoying factor independent on the host. The street and the neighbors were too noisy. For example, someone could talk very loudly on the phone on the neighbor's balcony even in 4 a.m. So sleeping with an open window can be uncomfortable.

The apartment is just amazing. Everything was nice and clean. You will find everything you might need in there. The apartment's host is super friendly and was eager to help with any problem. The view is awesome. It's not cold in the apartment thanks to the heating floor. Wifi is good. So a great value for money.

The same as everywhere: a broken bathroom fan, missing supplies, loud neighbors, a power outage and so on. Nothing special. Great travelers can live with it :)

A decent apartment with all common bugs. Why it has "Swiss quality" in the name, I didn't caught this. Could be some hidden meaning, I don t know. The view from the window and balcony is excellent!
