Great views from Bela' s terrace with coffee and tea place, nice and clean rooms, near the centre of Kutaisi. Friendly house owner Bela and her husband. 2 nights staying enjoyed very much.

I liked that place very much and the room was also very nice, the whole place was very nice and from the Terrace you can see the snow view. There was a lot of greenery. I liked it and the owner was amazing, she is such a nice lady. She is very helpful.I didn't feel like coming back to Dubai. I felt so good with her, she is really so cute and I am missing her daughter a lot.

Located in a peaceful environment in the hilly part of Kutaisi, the accomodation is a great place for a relaxed stay. The flat was clean, and the adjacent terrace is a great plus. Bela was very kind and always helpful host.

Everything was great

Bela is a very hospitable and attentive hostess. Clean, nice room. It was warm in January. Just pay attention to the size of the room, we only spent the night, so there was enough space for us. But some may find it cramped.

The location is perfect with great view, very close to walk to the city, and few minutes away from the beautiful Bagrati cathedral. The terrace is big and beautiful, the room is cozy and comfortable and there is enough privacy. Bathroom is in the room. Bela and her family are so nice people always taking care of everything is okay, feels like staying with family, they do everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable I left from their house with tears because we had such a good time there!

Hosts were really nice, they picked up us during the middle of the night from airport. Our stay was short, but very comfortable and with nice breakfast on the terrace!

Bela, the host, was super friendly and the view from the terrace was amazing. The hosts were so kind and picked us up from the airport at 2 am. It was the perfect start to our stay here in Georgia. The hosts went above and beyond to help us catch our bus when we left Kutaisi. We definitely recommend staying here for a homey and personal experience.

This was the most comfortable stay during my 10 day trip in Georgia. Everything was very clean, tidy, the rooms had air conditioners, beds were very comfortable. The hostess is very nice, helpful and positive. I realy liked the huge terrace, from which was a charming view of Kutaisi. Everything there looked better in real life than in the photos. I recommend!

Bela is the best.I always pick places above 9.0 but this place is above expectations.Huge and delicious breakfast.Free tea and caffee as much as you want plus Bela offers you her delicious and amazing homemade ice cream.Terrace where breakfast is served is huge with amazing view.I felt sad when we needed to leave.Bela💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
