Hello. :) Place, staff, food, facilities, view everything was good for my family. I will advise my friends to stay here, for sure. I regret one thing, we left hotel and I couldn't say THANK YOU to Nika, who always tried to serve great and delicious food to us. :) Nika, thank you. Wish you all satisfied customers.

1、The bed was next to the cupboards and the doors were reflective mirrors, the equivalent of turning your head and seeing yourself when you sleep, a design that wasn't too comforting. But the bed was quite comfortable and the room was heated, so I fell asleep as soon as I went to bed that night. 2、Priority cash payment, it would be nice to let people either pay by credit card or with cash. 3、From where you get off at the bus station and then walk to the hotel, it's some distance, maybe 20 minutes to half an hour.

The room is a bit old and a bit noisy. Lots of dogs were balking at night.

Great location, near to the city centre and main sightseeing. The pool was clean and good enough. Amazing view on Alazani valley. In general, the whole journey and stay was full of positivity!

The view from our room and balcony was really beautiful. Being around 700-800 meters up and looking down on towns, a big valley and mountains in the distance is really something else, when you are from a country where everything is flat. The room itself also had everything we needed. There was a really good restaurant next to the hotel, where you can get 10% discount on food if you stay at Boutique Hotel BelleVue

This is a very nice hotel with beautiful views, room was quite small but of course we booked it for 4 people so it was great to have a bunk bed, travelling with 2 kids, many hotels close by only had double rooms. So I would highly recommend this for families.

The location is on the edge of Sighnaghi but the view makes up for it.

Lovely ample and clean rooms with comfortable bedding. This is a family run structure and the staff is very agreeable and serviceable. The pool area is a real plus.

The floor in the rooms is carpet and it had a bad smell, it would be better to change it for something easier to clean. The toilet seat was broken and had not been changed neither before our arrival nor during our stay. We stayed two days, the first one the staff was very nice and prepared us everything we asked for breakfast, however on the second morning the staff (other persons) didn’t do any effort : smoking and speaking by phone very loud just next to us while we were eating, refused to prepare us cappuccino and espresso like the other staff did on the previous day saying it is not possible. This last morning was disappointing.

The hotel is well situated, and the view from the balcony is very beautiful. The staff was very reactive, which facilitated our arrival. Good breakfast.
