You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicBreakfast was fair but bread selection disappointing plus no fresh hot eggs. No yoghurt and fresh fruit should not be cut and left for several hours. Keep pears and pomegranate and oranges whole and let the clients cut them!

GeorgiaPerfect location- close to everything, in the historic center of the city. Room was very big, light and comfortable. There was more than enough space - it’s very unlikely for such cozy hotels. Cleaning service was very good - always on time. Room and bathroom (which is always problematic for me) was always ver clean and there were every kind of kit u might need - kitchen/ bathroom stuff. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - better than in many 5 stars hotels - so many choices and everything was very delicious and mainly all sanitary standards were protected. And lastly, staff was absolutely amazing - super friendly, caring, attentive. On booking reservation I wrote that for one night we might need an extra bed and they remembered it without even reminding. We spent a lot of time in Batumi - and probably know all hotels there, but this one really was my all time favorite. Highly and strongly recommended
