The Management is very flexible. They were very responsive and helpful to our requests during our stay. We are glad we chose this place. The place is near a lot of establishments and tourist spots. Will surely recommend.

Absolutely everything was great

The owners of the apartment sent a WatsApp video on time (I was still in Riga) where they told and showed how to find the accommodation and where to get the keys. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, warm rooms.. Very thoughtful about the amenities in the kitchen, where there is everything you need to prepare a meal, white linen and towels. Spacious and bright bathroom. I travel a lot and often to Georgia and have also lived in Kutaiai until now and now I consider myself very lucky to have landed in this accommodation. In the future, I will only look for this accommodation in Kutaisi and I really recommend it to all guests of Kutaisi, you will not be disappointed.

The place exceeded our expectations. It has everything to make a stay comfortable: nicely designed living room with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located close to the centre. The contact with the owner was very smooth.

The location is amazing, situated in the heart of Kutaisi ,and above Rioni river so you can enjoy the view from the apartment. if you are coming from KUT Kutaisi airport, take any minibus called (Marshrutka) ,the rate is like 3~5 Gel and it will take you to the main central bus of Kutaisi ,then take bus N°1R costs 1 Gel and you can pay by credit card ,the bus drop you off at Tsereteli street ,where the apartment is located. all busses go to the center near Colchis' fountain, it is like 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. busses run from 07:00 til 23:00 you can also take a taxi called Bolt ( they have an app ) or by gotrip dot ge The Bookinisit for the moment is 1 apartment, on the first floor ( also last floor ) of an old architectural georgian design. it's composed of a huge spacious room ,parquet floor, 1 matrimonial bed, 2 single beds, big salon, wifi, smart tv, air condition, heating , balcony with table and chair , kitchen with a table and 4 chairs, kettle,big bathroom with a big shower box, 2 bath robes, gel, soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer. Fast check in via whatsapp , the owner Mr. Mikheil speaks english , and warm Georgian hospitality , thank you for the Badagoni red wine ( Madloba) As for payment it is by cash Euro or Gel

If washroom could be warmer as it has direct fan to outside it make it so cold inside . Baby stroller is so clean but for use is not convenient as the front wheels are not working well especially on bumpy city roads

Very nice apartment and it's closer to the center. It's very clean and spacious with a high roof and a small balcony including a kitchenette and washroom. Highly recommended for families and friends staying together and it's value for money. The host even gave us some home made sweets during the new year.

Apartment was clean, located in city center. Very spacious room with high ceilings, comfortable beds with cloud like blankets. Our nights were quiet so we enjoyed a tight sleep. Host was polite too.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again. It’s a very comfy, clean and spacious space with a balcony, nice furnitures and decoration and with a fresh bathroom with a washing machine. Very kind hosts, beautiful plants and a nice view to the river. The location is very central, close to shops, restaurants and the green market, and to the river and other places to have a nice walk, but still we had quiet nights with a good sleep, the beds were also very comfortable.

We loved everything!

Very comfortable and spacious appartment with high ceilings and great couches to rest on. Kitchen has sitting area and the bathroom is the best in Georgia! Very nice atmosphere and view from a sun room full of plants and books! The host is responsive and gave clear check-in instructions. Speaks perfect English. Parking is in the yard or on the street. We loved the feeling of culture and luxury.

The kitchen lacked slightly in equipment, e.g no bowls for breakfast, and no sturdy sharp knives.

Clean and comfortable property. More than enough space, and we loved having a balcony and being able to do washing. Good location less than 10 minutes walk from the centre. Great value for money.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! Its the best place you can choose 🩷 the interior is very cozy and the view from the window is first class! The AC works perfectly, bathroom is spacious, kitchen has everything you might need. Its super close to the centre and hosts are sooo nice :)

Very spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. It is located close to the city center. We've received detailed, handy instruction before arrival. If you are traveling with a baby, the owner has both baby feeding chair and stroller which is pretty convenient. Absolutely it was a great stay. Thank you.
