No Elevator, but the hotel is small ( ground and first floor only with 10 rooms). No credit card payment, but the money exchanger is just beside the hotel and open for 24 hours. There is also ATM nearby. Again, if I get back to Borjomi, I will get back to this hotel. I still highly recommend it.

The hotel exceeded my expectation compared to its price. Staff are polite and helpful. There is a worker called Anna. I liked her cooperation and politeness. I enjoyed conversation with her. If I get back to Borjomi, I will get back to this hotel. The resident will have a feeling of family environment. Again, if I get back to Borjomi, I will get back to this hotel.

Such beautiful rooms, decor is breath taking. We took so many videos of the decor of the rooms and the hotel. Everything is done so elegantly & looks so rich. Got a great price on room, staff is super friendly & the hotel is super duper clean. A must stay when in Borjumi, we absolutely loved the place.

The bathroom smelled a bit moldy and it was quite noisy in the corridor during the nights (the door wasn’t really soundproof)

Nice view on the river, the location is conveniently located next to the bus stop and next to a supermarket, and the hotel owner and hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable! Particularly the lady who prepared the breakfast was very nice and even helped us with translations and with finding the right Marshrutka towards our next destination. Will definitely book the hotel again when coming back to Borjomi the next time!

We were greeted by one of the friendliest staff members I have ever encountered. She made check in very easy and walked me out to the parking area to make sure I knew where to park my car. She later checked to make sure everything was okay with the room. The room was very big. Our room was full on the second floor and overlooked the River. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was big and more than my wife and I could eat. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Bojormi Central Park and there are many restaurants and markets close by. I would recommend this hotel.

It was a pleasure to visit Classic Hotel in Borjomi. Higher level rooms for lower price is the policy of the host herself. We had a neat elegant room in classic style, it was clean and fantastic. There are rooms with windows with river view. The only thing -the river sound is intense so be prepared to listen to its flow sound or close the windows. There's air conditioner in the room, toiletries are provided. The personnel is so courteous and nice to you that you don't want to leave. I would love to stay with them for several more days just for a chat. One rarely meets such sincere and beautiful people. We'll come back soon for sure!
