In case you have heavy baggage, be aware that there is no elevator (was not an issue for us but may be an issue for some).

The location is perfect right near Borjomi central park. In the hotel there is a restaurant with good tasty food that allowed us eat and relax after a long hike in the mountains without going far and seeking for food. The receptionist is nice and polite, had no any issues. The room is fine with a balcony and a view on the river. Had plenty of parking for our rented car, maybe that's because it was not tourism season. I think this Hotel is a good value for the money, I was very satisfied with our choice and I'm confident that we will return to this hotel if we will visit Borjomi again.

We had a family room which has 2 kids' beds up on a mezzanine level up a ladder. The access is very steep and there is no safety barrier so if you have very young children (ours were fine as 16 and 10) or sleepwalkers you might want to think twice.

Excellent location in a leafy spot right up next to the central park. You could hardly be more central. Good breakfast and a nice dinner in the restaurant under the hotel, which also serves wines from the Marani of the owner Dmitry.

The hotel has revived back into life after the covid lull. It's bang at the center location with it's market, river front and walkable distance (400-500 m) to the Park where we visited for the Borjomi / mineral water. The room was adequate , the breakfast was fresh and a good spread. The reception people were good and helpful. We stayed around 14 July, the season was full. The hustle bustle of the quaint river-road and the surrounding walkable eateries were alive with people. Overall a very happy stay.

If you like to sleep with open windows, be aware that close by to entrance there is a restaurant and it closes at 23:30, before it you can hear music and people talks. After midnight the river sounds are awesome.

The location of the hotel is great - very close to the Borjomi park and to the town centre. The room is nice, it has good tea pot and good bathroom. The bed is on soft side (I would prefer firm, but it is my preference). The breakfast is great, you can pick what you prefer - the range is from two kinds of porridge to salads.

Walk-in shower may be a bit uncomfortable: there are no shelves in the shower for your gels and creams, so you have to keep them on the sink. Flush system in a toilet sometimes didn't stop correctly once water tank has been filled. But this has been fixed. Also the floor in a suite seemed a bit dirty once you start looking in the details. But overall is ok.

Cozy place near Borjomula river and entrance to the "Borjomi Central Park". Suits are not that spacious, but comfortable and also have terrace with chairs and table. Decent breakfasts. I highly recommend you to enjoy a dinner at the small restaurant in a hotel's yard: "Dimitri’s Wine Cellar and Restaurant". Dimitri is very a very heart-warming person, food and wine are very tasty! Prices are very reasonable. Also music playlist is very cool! Unobtrusive fashionable electronic music.

The only thing is barking dogs outside, but this is not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is a couple hundred meters from the entrance to Borjomi park, at the bank of the river, easy to find parking (as they only allow people with hotel reservations into the area). There is no lift, but the staff is ready to help with the luggage. It is quite new and comfortable inside, the room is smallish, but ok for one night. There is also a second "room" upstairs accessible by quite steep ladder, and this attic is not isolated, so this arrangement may not be for everyone. Dimitry's restaurant downstairs is also very nice! The breakfast in the morning is ok, but maybe a little overpriced.

There was nothing to dislike.

Loved the place. Dimitri is absolutely wonderful and a great host. The place is very homey and the staff is excellent. Very attentive and so engaging. Our room was perfect for a family of 5. Two beds in a room and a lovely bunk bed for three on the side with two bathrooms. The breakfast was nice too. Had quite a few halal options. The location was perfect. We were a few metres away from the Borjomi National Park. There were many halal joints on the street. Overall we were very very comfortable there and welll taken care of.

I didn’t like the building next door , I didn’t like the lighting in the room

The location is very good near activity, you need to book the on the front street view is the best room location, otherwise you are facing directly the wall of mountain on backside rooms, they were kind and changed the room for us to give u better view, TV is smart and u can open Netflix. From th room u can hear the water in the river very nice nature outside
