The location is very good, in front of boulvard and beach. If you like european style, cosy hotel it is for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

At first, there were some hair on my bed :( but when I told them, they changed my bedsheet (and also bc i requested them to put double bed sheet to cover my twin bed, and the result was so satisfying. The double bed sheet covered all the gaps from the twin bed and it was really clean and fresh. Thank you for really taking care this issue.

The location is so central, near to the park and the beach yet so close to center. All staff were so nice and helpful, Irakli helped me to get some info about sim card and train routes, all the girls staff were also nice and helpful. Thank you! The room was spacious, and my room has balcony facing to the park, it was nice. Comfy bed and clean bathroom.

The breakfast was a bit expensive for those paying on-site, 40 lira. We opted to have it outside.

The terrace was fantastic. Our room was quite spacious. We comfortably accommodated 3 adults and 1 child. The location is excellent, right on the main street, very close to everything. The staff members are friendly.

Everything. It's possibly the best location that you can ever get to visit Batumi and all its locations by walk. The balcony view was great. The staff were cordial.

Could it be a great hotel with everything, especially its location? It could happen with Boulevard Hotel. 🥰 This hotel, with its ceiling height higher than normal and its balcony, made me feel at home. The reception is open 24 hours a day and they are fluent in English. All the employees are friendly and helpful. They were very helpful about the city and did not refuse any of our requests. The location of the hotel is very good. While it is close to the old boulevard and the park from one corner, you can either walk (20-25 minutes) or take a direct bus (10 minutes) or taxi (5 minutes) to the new boulevard from the street on the other side. Don't be fooled by the historical nature of the building. The interior and furniture are new. In addition to the fact that the hotel is generally clean and it smells very, very nice. Even though it rained heavily the few nights we stayed, neither the windows nor the balcony door had any problems. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

The room could have been warmer when we check-in, but my husband solved that problem pretty quick himself.

It is a nice 4-star-hotel at the boulevard of Batumi, making everything in Batumi old town and near the beach really accessible by foot - everything is in walking distance. We liked that there was kettle in the room as we were travelling with an 11-months-old-baby-boy. He surely liked the room. The bed was really cosy as we slept there 12 hours in the row :D The receptionists were nice and welcoming.
