Hotel was pretty okay :) SPA was fine. Room a little bit tiny, but just for one night it was enough for us. Breakfast could be more differential. Staff was friendly :)

Of course it doesn't deserve five stars. Cleaning once every 2 days. Insanely thin walls and doors. You can hear people talking in the room opposite (through 2 doors). The renovation was done hastily and sloppily. On the first evening the sauna worked, but on the second it turned out that a 15-minute notice was required. When it was turned on, it warmed up, of course, not for 15 minutes, but for 45. And most importantly, it is written that the slope is within walking distance (ski-in). In fact, you can walk to the children's slide, but to the nearest ski lift (Kokhta) you need to walk 1 km uphill.

Quite a new hotel. In general, everything is not bad. The price includes breakfast and a swimming pool with sauna. Staff is friendly.

poor selection of food, breakfast in a dark room. the higher management needs to study hospitality. they treat the hotel like its their living room.

it was quiet in the night. the temperature was fine. the room was spacious enough to do some morning stretches.

On arrival at just after 4pm they took us to a completely different room we booked, no Mountain View, much smaller and the booming music from outside was deafening. We refused straight away and showed them on booking.com the room we booked. They apologised and said it’ll be ready in 10min or so. We sat in the lobby for 30min waiting. When my husband inquired if it was going to be much longer the lady at the desk made a call and said to the person on the other line ‘why didn’t you let me know that it was ready now?’ (In Georgian which I can mostly understand) Anyway took us to the room. It lacked some of the basic toiletries (which we had to ask for) and the tea/coffee facility in the room had no cups, we had to ask twice because the first time they forgot. There was no remote control for the TV, asked at the desk for one and it came with the toiletries we asked for which we were grateful for. But then the TV didn’t work, couldn’t connect to the internet and was set in Arabic language. We asked for help and they couldn’t figure it out for ages and then finally managed to reset it and the wifi. Managed to connect to YouTube. Then I tried connecting to Netflix using my own login details but still kept saying can’t connect to the internet. Then tried to go back on YouTube and then it wouldn’t even load which we then noticed because the wifi disconnected. There were no normal channels (as they don’t pay for tv licence, this is what the guy that came to help said). No wifi, it only worked in the lobby. Their excuse was that in Bakuriani the wifi is very weak, which is a poor excuse in this day and age. They tried resetting it and finally our phones managed to connect to a very slow wifi but the iPad kept saying ‘incorrect password’ despite it being the exact same one for the phone. Then after about 10/15min the wifi disconnected again and wouldn’t reconnect. The spa is only a small swimming pool and 1 sauna.

as the season hasn’t started yet and we were the first customers there were a few issues but they were quickly resolved by the staff. The pool was too cold to use as it had not been heated yet.

the staff especially the manager Anna were very helpful when we faced some issues with the heating in the room. We received a free upgrade upon arrival and the room was lovely and spacious.

The room we were offered smelt very bad. We complained and some guy came and masked it with loads of room freshener. The problem was the drainage and smelt after sometime and then the hot shower didn’t work. They changed our room which was much better and nicer.

It’s not a 5 star hotel it’s a solid 3 star hotel with terrible breakfast (there were only 3 dishes everyday). Rooms were not soundproof, they were cleaning rooms only once in a two days, our room was not that “luxurious” as it is in pictures, terrible Wi-fi, the pool area was humid with no ventilation and coldest showers (it was like only 15m square whole area…). Reception and bar were not working after 10-11pm… hotel was full of uncontrolled children and they were running and screaming all day… overall It’s too expensive and not worth it.

This is actually not a hotel. It's simply apartments without room cleaning, in room dining, and all things that hotel have. I though it's Bristol hotel, but seems like it's just some trick..

Air conditioning was not working. Breakfast was horrible, only tomatoes with cold sausages. The room was not clean at all. The staff were in sleep condition all time long. The pool was dirty.

I have arrived at 11:48 am and the employee at in the reception start to take all my information ( passport, booking reference… etc ) and made pay for the night and sign the invoice after that she told me our hotel policy is check in at 15:00 and made wait for 3 hours, although the room is ready but she insisted that we check in at 15:00 and i have Genius priority from booking.com and I waited all the whole 3 hours to check in. Breakfast was not even close to the picture in booking and not enough for all the guests. Seriously it is the most bad experience and hotel i have ever stayed at.
