The distance between Batumi and the hotel is not that big, but the traffic can be a huge problem. You should expect to spend in the car one way from 30 to 45 min. For us, it was certainly worth it, even with 2 small kids in the car. It paid off.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, modern and super clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Also free parking, a nice swimming pool, a lovely restaurant and a quiet location. We don't regret a second. Very much recommended. It is a treat!

I booked it because of beautiful photos and amazing reviews, booked standard room and got amazing views from there, delicious breakfast and always ready to for your help staff, I don’t regret my decision and will for sure come back in summer. Sound insulation inside the building could be better. There were some barking dogs in the area at night.

The hotel offers international four-star standard. The rooms are well-equipped. Staff at reception are extremely helpful. The biggest plus is the location in a verdant and quiet suburban area on the outskirts of Batumi, a couple of minutes' walk from the beach and the Botanical Gardens. Car parking is provided, which is a major advantage over Batumi city-centre hotels.

The bathroom didn't have a handheld bend it and the rooms were very hot and there was one AC in two rooms suite?!!

Location is great, by the sea and botanical garden and away from glass towers and hustle and bustle of Batumi centre. Great spot for relaxation and enjoying the sea, nice seaside food/drink joints nearby, just get a 15 min taxi ride to centre if you are looking for the urban action.

The room is so small The TV does not have apps like YouTube .. etc The Wi-Fi is weak to no signals on one of the rooms we stayed in.

The balcony is very narrow The laundry set there barely fits. Otherwise all good.

The location is perfect if you want to experience Mtsvane Kontskhi. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. Foodwise, i liked the starters, the meat platter was super good and generous portions.

The pool is small and because of jumping kids good for nothing. (the sea is just a 5 minutes walk from there so we went to the beach instead). It is far from Batumi (there is a bus taking you there but its half an hour to get to the city) The beach is pebbly so dont forget to take sea-sandals with you

The hotel itself is well mantained, clean and comfortable, the restaurant expensive and nothing special. The panorama from the roof terrace is breathtaking. The surroundings is supergreen and the botanical garden is in the neighbourhood. The beach is not overcrowded.

When we arrived with the kids after a long drive there was no one to assist with the bags, there was an employee named lush who didn't even care to help or offer any help with the bags. Infact he just said rudely that they don't have stewards. I told him that doesn't reflect well to a 4 star hotel and would affect the hotel rating but he just shrugged us off and said no problem you can rate what you want. That was unprofessional. However, the manager came and immediately offered to help us with our bags without even us mentioning. When the manager was helping that is when the other rude employee all of a sudden changed and started acting polite. Just thought I'll mention so that the hotel can probably have a word with him and train him on customer service so that such actions of 1 employee doesnt spoil the tremendous hard work and commitment of all the other staff and the management.

The property is new and modern, clean with a beautiful terrace. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. The staff Gia, neno, the receptionist with glasses ( sorry forgot her name 🙏)and zuri were very polite, hospitable and professional. They were always smiling and attentive to all our needs. There is also a movie on the terrace daily at 9pm. I must say the manager Gia has really good ideas and can drive this hotel to become one of the best . You will even find him everyday at breakfast checking out the staff and the guests to make sure everything is fine.

It is not cheap. Excellent for families and people who love calm relaxation on the beach, but be ready for traffic if you wish to go to the city center.

Amazing staff. Good location. Huge room. Clean. Not big, so not many people. Movies on the rooftop. Toothbrush and toothpaste (which is not often provided in other places). Fantastic (really) seaside view. Pool. Good restaurant and breakfast.

Best hotel in Batumi. All staff members been very helpful with everything. We get free entry to botanical garden next to the hotel and also public transport pass, so we could take bus no "10" and visit city centre of Batumi almost for free. Bus stop was 100m from hotel. Great place, very clean, with 3 little turtless in the garden :) Perfect hotel for families with kids. We get travel bed for our 2YO son.

Very stylish in super green environment with bird song instead of the city noise. I got injured in the sea, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, i am very thankful to them. I definetly eecommend the hotel.

The hotel has a perfect location, a five minute walk from the Botanical Garden, which is a must when travelling around Georgia. On the way to the botanical garden you pass by a small beach (with sunbeds, umbrellas, restaurants). The hotel is new, fresh with modern and elegant design, luxurious touch. My room was spacious, windows overlooking subtropical flora. Delicate music in the restaurant and lifts. Lavish breakfast. On the roof there is a small swimming pool as well as sunbeds, with a view on the Black Sea and ships on the horizon. The staff was so friendly, I was even offered a ticket to the botanical garden for free.
