Great place for a weekend stay! SPA-centre, pools and fantastic nature around helped us to relax very much!

It would be really nice if some of the older equipment in the room would be replaced, like a hairdryer for example. Also I would expect more complementary items in the room for a hotel in this category. The elevator to the beach was out of order. The children of a certain age should not be allowed in the spa as it distorts the peace and quiet one would expect at such a facility. All of the above mentioned affects the value for money factor in our option.

We loved this beautiful resort with a boutique hotel feel, reminiscent of the old Hollywood glamour. My absolute favorite at the Georgian black sea coast. Second time and counting.. The pool was fantastic. The beds in the room amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, so was the food and the service at the restaurant on the hotel grounds. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

It was fully prepared for all u ur needs,spa,Massage,cafe and restaurant,pool,access to the beach. Reseption staff were helpful and professional, The waited Irina was amazing in the restaurant with her service and smile

I would suggest to put small booklet in the room so that the visitors know what is the reception number, information about Spa and about the facility kind of small map.

Exceptional location and very beautiful scenery everyday with an amazing sunset like a piece of art, everything was good we got the all inclusive package and we liked the food as well. The facility was so clean, we enjoyed playing tennis and basketball highly recommend this place. Make sure to buy water shoes before you plan your visit as the beach is not sandy is stony. Special thanks to Irina in the Restaurant she helped me to prepare nice surprise for my father’s birthday. :)

The place is stunning! A magnificent castle emphasizes the charming nature around! Our room was so big and beautiful that I enjoyed the views and the atmosphere inside for a long time before I went to explore every nice corner outside.

The location and the hotel felt like something from a Wes Anderson film. The pool and outside landscaping was picturesque. The food was top notch. We had a great time.

The staff at the reception were not very helpful. The Armenian bell boy was very kind though. The service in general was not 5 star at all.

We got everything that we expected, even more. - The room is very nice looking (though, on the pictures provided by the hotel, it looks like an old European 70's style but in real life it's super cool and the view from the living room, the bedroom and the shower are stunning !). Comfortable bed and clean. All the equipments you are expecting in this kind of establishment are available and if you have additional requests you can address them to the staff. - Location is breathtaking. You are on the first line, it's quiet. You have a privileged access to Tsikhisdziri's beach which is very calm even during the full season while it is crowded everywhere else. We met a lot of Georgians (my wife is Georgian too) in the hotel which is a good sign for us : it's a place frequented by locals, people were smiling, dancing, singing : very good vibe ! - Breakfast and lunch food is very correct. Served in a dinning area. Good quality overall. Very fair selection of different dishes. Surprised by the diversity of desserts. Included in your stay so it totally worth it ! Dinner is outside on the terrace : great meal ! We had Georgian traditional dishes and there were all very good, representative of Georgian homade excellent cuisine. We were extremely happy about the food quality of the restaurant which is above many other restaurants of Batumi or Tbilisi. Price wise, very affordable. A big plus. - The SPA has all the features you can expect from it. 5 different kinds of saunas/hamam, jacuzzi, contrasted water cabins, gym, massage rooms. Add to that the outdoor and indoor pools and you will get a really well and fully equipped resort. - Big mention to the staff which was especially good. Overall smiling and attentive, paying attention to details. We had some misunderstanding about when to have our lunch one day but they managed to reorganize it easily. In general they arranged everything for our stay to be the smoothest.

Turns out that lunch is also included in the stay; however, it is not mentioned in the listing, and upon arrival, we were advise to have lunch right after the check-in - since lunch only runs from 2-4pm. We found it to be odd to be rushed to having lunch immediately after checking in with no option to have it the next day. We also did not care how one particular staff member Rosana addressed this situation, and after she promised to looked into a solution, she never got back with us. In all honesty, the logistics of this matter and the attitude of the staff bothered us more than actually having a meal. I believe that management needs to address how poorly that reflects on an overall wonderful experience at the resort.

We absolutely appreciated how gorgeous and inviting the property is - it is definitely one of a kind and worth a visit. The spa offers variety of saunas and steam rooms, accompanied by two pools - both indoor and outdoor eternity pool.

Service-Team at Reception is not very familiar speaking/understanding English. Furnishings in Villa Aphrodite tasteless. No Service for Cocktails at Pool and Beach. Breakfast starts very late, 10:00 AM. Seems to be a Hotspot for Russians. Everything not value enough for that high price.

Location with Top View. Breakfast ok, Food in Terrace Restaurant also. Service-Team friendly, but don’t understand enough English.
