Very nice host, friendly but professional. We arrived late, but he still managed to organise a good Georgian dinner (with a good wine)! Nice and clean cottage. Good and copious breakfast.

We loved the fact that our cottage was in a winery. It gave us the possibility to experience the best wine tasting we had in Georgia. The combination of comfortable cottage + great wine tasting was just perfect. The cottage is in the city of Ateni city, a 10-min drive to Gori.

Some local noise during the night

Tidy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending the evening on the veranda watching the sun go down. The owner gave us a bag of fresh picked fruit as we left.

Beautful stay just outside Gori city, makes a good overnight stay if visitng Upslichstike city caves. Spacious cottage, clean, comfortable, minibar, fridge, A/C, very good Wi-Fi connection, good bathroom, clean linen ans towels. Great hosts, stunning and generous breakfast setting.

Excellent location for visiting Gory and Uplistsikhe . Very comfortable chalet with everything you need , easy parking and very quite . The host was very welcoming and helpful , very good wine testing . Lots of good food for dinner and breakfast is a very nice outdoor setting

these cottages even smell new :) I can’t say enough amazing things about accommodating and friendly hosts Soso and his wife who in-spite of our late arrival prepared an amazing dinner(warning: come hungry because portions are huge). it was by far the best meal we had in Georgia thus far and we had a lot of good meals. breakfast was no less amazing and we really wished we could stay longer to part take in their wines

The location is a bit interior

The cottages are brand new and extremely clean. All the facilities are great for a property which is owned and run by a family. Also, it's extremely scenic. Besides this, we opted to have breakfast and dinner, which is prepared by the family at an extra cost was absolutely amazing. Fresh food prepared with the majority of the ingredients that are grown in their private farm.

Highly recommended. Brand new cottages in quiet surroundings overlooking mountains on a wine estate. Warm and welcoming hosts. Spacious living area with couch and table. Bathroom is very modern and hot water / shower pressure good.

What a great getaway from the noise of the city… We had a fantastic time! Relaxing atmosphere on the terroir, comfortable brand-new cottage with all amenities, excellent wine tasting (the white wines were our favourite) and delicious food prepared with love and skill. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay with them memorable and were extremely helpful when we had some issues with our car. We will remember our stay for a long time after our holiday is over, and will be back again!

1. Non-friendly stuff. Be ready if you’re late to chek-in after 20:00 it will be a problem. We were from a long kazbegi trip , so the road takes us much time to reach the place. it's impossible to predict. The owner checked us in but was extremely unfriendly:( 2. The pillows are awful. It wasn’t possible to relax. 3. All the night there were sm kind of loud shootings every 5 min. Also a dog at another side of a cottage didn’t give us to sleep 4. The construction at hotels territory isn’t finished. So at 9am they start to build loudly. It is unacceptable to rent out a property without completing it. you prevent people from relaxing and ruin your reputation

Very nice & stylish eco cottages. Well-equipped & fully furnished rooms. The place has good potential once construction of the entire facility is completed
