Nothing, I really loved the place

We were staying there 29.05 - 30.05 and we were quite regretting that we've needed to head to Tbilisi the day after because otherwise we would have extended our stay there since this is a place where you want to stay as long as possible. And I'd like to point reasons why: 1) the place is well organized and I've never seen a vineyard like that, where you have: lake for fishing (with cute ducks :)), external pool, sauna, jacuzzi, lovely houses, interior pool (when we were there it was under construction) and restaurant with nice cheese and steak :)! 2) since it is a vineyard I'd like to say something about wines, they are produced with the usage of qvevri so the red dry ones have the unique fruitiness and sweetness associated with the production process; among all Georgian wines we've drunk the ones produced here were the best - I strongly recommend aladusturi (it needs to be well chilled) and ojaleshi (we've taken it back home and it is perfect wine). Since there is a wine cellar then the tour is available - and guide we've had was very knowledgeable and one could see that he was passionate about his work; wine tasting was possible during the tour ! 3) the staff who works there was very welcoming and everybody was genuinely super nice, so we would like to really thank everybody who works there! Georgian hospitality is a real deal :) . If we would visit Georgia again then this place is a must and we'd be willing to skip all the other places !

Maybe the restaurant could have more variety of food and different dishes

Everything Stuff was super nice The rooms were big , clean and comfortable. Many nice facilities for kids and a great lobby to hang out in.

It’s looks like the place is managing by few young nice helpful, but not trained staff. First breakfast- no cappuccino, cause milk is finished, second no white cheese cause it’s finished one hour before the breakfast time ends. Why rooms didn’t cleaned, cause they have only one key and the guest need to guess that he have to leave the key if he want the room to be cleaned. There would be nice if some walking path to the nearby forest will be organized.

The chateau surrounded by beautiful vineyards, the food in the restaurant is magnificent, wine tasting is generous. The small but sufficient gym outside. The rooms are comfortable.

Some bugs and ants in our room, a broken window, and water coming out of the bathroom because of bad sealing

I've rate Chateau already before, so may say additional compliments to this property! Room was different, bigger and better, then previous, despite of that one was good as well. staff is joyful, smiling, professional, despite of their age.

Must have hotel trollies or something to carry customer bags since it’s a long walk inside. It’s difficult if someone’s having babies and bags to carry all the way inside.

Sauna was cold (36°, serious?)

Nice location in forest, nice mountains view, nice restaurant with local food and good service. Take to note it is windy in winter season and be realistic about weather conditions. In house I had electric heater and AC, so it was normally for sleeping

My room had a problem with hot water in the tub, Would have been perfect 10 if that was working.

The perfect end to our trip. This place is very peaceful. There is no city noise or noise of any kind.

However, be ready for the mouses into the house. They are small and doesn’t give you any harm, but the sound of scratching may be annoying. As for us it didn’t give any discomfort.

The place itself is amazing. You enjoy the view and valleys from every place. I should also mention there was the friendliest staff ever! The houses are very nice and cozy. Everything is prepared for comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a beautiful spot on the edge of the plain between lesser Caucasus and Kutaisi, with woodlands and the farmland of the property surrounding you. In the morning - admittedly it was a crystal clear day - the view across the whole of Western Georgia to the snow covered peaks of the great Caucasus was incredible. The restaurant area is very well done - nice decor and comfortable with a variety of nooks and crannies to sit. The food is pretty good as is the estate wine. Not the cheapest, but very good service. Rooms - ours was a family cabin overlooking the vines - are large, clean and with wonderful views. It was too cold for the swimming pool but it looks like a lovely place to spend a few hours.

Awesome wine, as usual. Suggest trying that place at late autumn. Forest around is amazing. We have tried the sauna and loved it. Book it two hours in advance and enjoy sauna and cold pool combination. Food is greas usual. Many thanks to hotel staff for exceptional hospitality.

Guys, 45 gel for wine on a winery route is too expensive for guests of your hotel. Decrease this price and it will be an amazing option

Unfortunately, there are quite a few stink bugs around and they always found a way into our cottage. They left an unpleasant smell, which we couldn't get rid of easily. Not sure if this is a problem in all the cottages, but screens on the windows and better insulation would help. If you are coming by train from Tbilisi, go to Rioni station! We got off at the Kutaisi International Airport station which is further away from the hotel than Rioni. There weren't any clear instructions from the hotel about getting there, which would've been nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The scenery is amazing and the property is quiet and serene. It was the perfect place for a getaway. There is a pool and sauna available for guests which we used. Our cottage was cozy and comfortable. There are chairs and a table outside and a hammock. The breakfast was delicious and filling.
