I have nothing but good words for the hosts, they are very welcoming, helpful and they speak English. We were able to pay by card while we were there which made our life easy. The location was also very good, 1.5 hour walk to the church which is pretty good. The breakfast was awesome, they had variety of things to eat and very delicious Georgian bakery products one should try when visiting. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite. I would say that this was the place where we had our decent sleep.

The breakfast could have been better. There are a lack of vegetarian/vegan options. It would have also been nice with some comfortable seating on the common patio area.

Levan the owner was super nice and so helpful during all our stay, he gave us amazing tips and also organized our way back that needed to be very early in the morning, they even prepared a small breakfast lunch for me and my friend for the way back, truly grateful that everything went so smooth so I could be back on time for my flight back home

Rooms are quite comfortable with an amazing view. The staff is friendly and the owner of this place has a dog called cooper, who is really friendly with guests. We had an amazing time at this hotel!

The room washroom would clog during a shower and the room has just the basic amenities.

The view from the room during daylight is amazing. The room is warm no matter the temperature outside. The breakfast has a good variety of dishes.

You'll need to eat lunch and dinner outside, but the excellent food at Rooms Hotel is only 10 minutes walk.

A huge breakfast spread, a lot of it local/homemade. Wonderful!

Very friendly and helpful staff (and they have cool dog)! Breakfasts were tasty and nutritious enough to give us energy in our treks. Super clean room and fantastic view from the balcony.

Electric plugs are located randomly around the room (sometimes high under the ceiling). Rooms are rather modest in terms of furnishing which might be problematic for those staying couple of nights. The hotel address online is incorrect - it is located under number 21, not 47.

We have stayed one night with friends in the hotel. Firstly - because of the stunning view from the window. It is even better live than on pictures. Secondly, simply because of the fact that the hotel offers an early breakfast per request. It was an important decisive factor as we needed to leave early and knew that it is not a common practice in hotels around the country to serve food before 8 am,

Unfortunately due to COVID they were not getting many guests so the restaurant was closed - which happened to be a big reason we booked this place. A bit of warning would have been nice as we would have brought more food with us but even still they were kind to let us sit in the restaurant area in the evenings to enjoy to space and the view . Also one thing to note, that many of the roads up to the area the hotel is in, are not paved. If you are renting a car or hiring a driver, try to plan ahead how best to access this street.

The family who runs this property are so kind and welcoming. They were very helpful anytime we needed them. The breakfast was great, with hot and cold options, and the rooms were really beautiful- if it hadn’t been so cloudy we would have had amazing undisrupted views of the mountains across from us.
