The room was cosy & equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including: robes, slippers, toothbrushes, kettle, tea/coffee & a small fridge. The host Marika, couldn’t do enough to help us & she even left us a Paska over Orthodox Easter. The location couldn’t be better, right in the city centre. I honestly think this is the best place to stay in Kutaisi :)

Cosy room, perfect for 2 people, lovely terrace where you could sit and drink your morning Coffee. The location was perfect and the host was more than helpful! And the kitchen that has all the utensils you might need. We really recommend it!

- No blackout curtains, so after sunrise it will be relatively bright in the room - Poor sound isolation, such that the street noise can be heard easily (window directly facing the pebble stone street) - Slightly musty smell of the room - Room could be a bit bigger if you stay for a few more days or if you have more than a backpack as luggage (for us it was fine)

+ Very friendly and fast communication via WhatsApp + Self-checkin worked out fine with detailed instructions + Clean room + Very fair price for what you get + Good location in the city center within a short walk of restaurants and shops + Kettle and fridge in the room + WiFi worked mostly find + Airport pickup worked without problems (even with a 1h flight delay) and was also a reasonable price (40 GEL at night, other hotels charge 50 GEL or more)

The host Marika is an exceptionally good. She gave all the support during the stay. By providing suggestions to places to eat, to book taxi, to taking printout of the boarding pass etc. The place is spotlessly clean. Very impressed by the complete stay in the place and will go back to the same place without any second thoughts and will definitely suggest to friends and family beyond any doubt.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable, I could feel the strings and had to relocate from time to time. The shower had no curtain to stop the water from splashing out, when I finished showering there was a puddle that I had to dry with another towel.

It was very close to the centre and the owner sent me suggestions on where to eat, which was thoughtful. The room was spacious with a private bathroom and heater. There was a fridge, a table, two chairs, and I was received with a tall glass bottle of water and glasses. The staff were very friendly and the kitchen downstairs had coffee and tea for guests to take. The bed and room in general was clean when I checked in. There were free slippers and new disposable toothbrushes as well as toothpaste for the guests to use.

The hospitality of Ms.Marika was wonderful. She suggested good places to dine. And on Christmas Day, she gave us homemade chiri and gvezeli. That was a sweet gesture, we really appreciated it :)

Nothing at all!

This is a cute boutique hotel which has a very good location. Marika (Owner) was too kind and sweet enough to attend to all our needs. The room size is fine for this kind of hotel but the smell and cleanliness is spotless!
