My recent stay at Center Villa Kutaisi in Kutaisi was comfortable and enjoyable, although the location was a bit further from the city center. The spacious room provided ample comfort, and the host's fluent English made communication easy and pleasant. Additionally, the kitchen facilities were outstanding, allowing for convenient meal preparation. However, one minor drawback was the hotel's distance from the city center, which made accessing attractions and amenities slightly less convenient. Overall, Center Villa Kutaisi offered excellent accommodations and amenities, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Kutaisi.

It was a bit hard to find the property at first. Didn't really understand how the kitchen works but luckily I managed to do well without it.

Nothing. My mother enjoyed her stay. May be internet could be better, but I think it depends on the room.

The owner made everything possible for my mother who stayed in this hotel. She gave her a better room than we expected. She arranged transfer from the airport at a nice price, though the weather was bad and late at night. My mother is very grateful to all the people who helped her during her stay. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook hot meals. I think it is optimal for a short stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Kitchen equipment needs to be change for new one, especialy pan.

Very big room + big balcony, also very appreciate that The owner is speaking english ! Anything I had a problem with or I had a question she was really helpful. Localozation also is great, really close to city center, about 15 minutes by walk. I recomend, comfortable płace for a good price.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, especially considering the very affordable price. The room was clean, the bathroom was renovated and new, and the balcony provided a really nice view. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning were working perfectly, and the hotel has a good location, being 20-25 minutes from the center by walk. Best of all was the host, who was extremely kind and accommodating. If I’m ever back in Kutaisi, I will without a doubt stay again at Center Villa Kutaisi.

A bit smelly room. Address in google maps was not easy to identify by taxi deiver even. But i called host and she helped him . Few things not available in kitchen.
