The price was really biting for the rooms and for the meal in the kitchens. Although it was very quite and food tasted great, You need to set Your expectation that this place is not budget friendly for Telavi.

Very clean, very cozy and well decorated hotel inside a heart of Telavi. I was expecting just a hotel but it had great kitchen, pool, a terrace on a top floor and safe/free parking spot at the entrance.

Pillows were absolute garbage. Could not properly sleep, kept waking up because of them. Bed didnt have any header it was directly in front of wall, so take care, cause you might get concussion quiet easily. The water pipe system was also not great, you can hear toilet flushing/ person showering in room above quiet clearly. Breakfast was tasty but quiet small variety. No slippers, toothpaste, robes. And the last but not least - the "fresh" towels had stains on them. Overall, throw away pillows and towels, get proper ones and the rest would not matter at all, it would be solid 10/10.

Absolutely fantastic staff, specifically the frontman, went out of his way to make our stay exceptional. +2 points extra because of him. We were greeted with celebatory wine for our anniversary which was also - great gesture. Gorgeous hotel with very cozy room. Well equipped with all the basic necessities. Nice balcony and interesting art. Location was also fantastic, with parking available.

The room smell a little bit like toilet but it was because the air extractor was off.

This hotel was great! The staff was so friendly and accomodating, especially Gagi who was very kind and generous. The bed and pillows were the best we've ever slept on in any hotel! I highly recommend this hotel!

A bit noisy outside at nighttime, means barking dogs. But out of control for the hotel, of course

First, we was offered a room that did not meet our expectations (balcony was a terrace at basement level) We asked for another room and were very satisfied with the new room. Very friendly staff, great breakfast in the dining room. We liked the flexibility from the staff!

They promised breakfast in my room every morning, which sounded great. They got it right on day one, but after that, it was hit or miss. They forgot on the second day, and I had to remind them. And on the third day they also forgot, I found out later that breakfast was available in the main area.

My recent stay had its highs and lows. The good parts? Well, the location was fantastic, the rooms were squeaky clean, and they had all the essentials covered.

The heater in the room was cranked up to high and we couldn't find the control. It got too warm that we decided to open the windows. Would have been nice to have gotten some help with the heater but there was no one around.

We stayed here for a night while doing a wine tour in Kakheti. We loved the decor of the room! As it was not the peak season, we thought we were the only ones in the hotel that night, but there was another couple at breakfast the next morning, so we apparently we were not alone. The guy at reception looked like he wanted to be somewhere else and couldn't wait for 5PM so he could leave. There was not one at the reception after that, so it felt strange. The hotel was located on a street with houses with beautiful balconies. The breakfast spread was lovely!

Staff distracted, perhaps inexperienced? Not responsive or tuned in. Room noisy at night because of people in the courtyard talking loudly until late. SOme of my friends had terrible trouble with their shower. It would have been a good idea to tell us when we checked in, since staff knew about the problem. Being warned ahead is always better than being surprised.

Great room (13), thoughtful attractive, comfortable decor, bed, etc. decor, etc Excellent food at breakfast and in the evening. Nice places to hang outside in the courtyard and by hte street. Excellent location.

The music in the restaurant was far too loud! I had high expectations for this restaurant but ended up slightly disappointed because the menu didn't have especially interesting vegetarian options (plus that music ...). Some of the staff were fantastic, but this wasn't universal, some seemed a bit forgetful and absent-minded. For an upscale option, which this is, you have high expectations which weren't always met. And we really weren't demanding!

As two friends, we booked a suite with one of us sleeping on the sofa bed, made up to a very comfortable bed in its own right. The room, dining/kitchen area and shower room were all gorgeous and facilities were great. Breakfast was also plentiful and excellent. And the location, and the building itself, couldn't be beaten.

Only downside : the hotel seems to be still under construction so there might be some noise during the day.

The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and in a quiet street. Very nice hotel, decorated with taste : the room and bathroom are beautiful and the pool area is also very nice. It feels cosy and comfortable to stay there. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was delicious (dinner and breakfast).
