Probably the best place to stay in Mestia! Warm in cold days, wonderful wooden house, owner is extremely nice and helpful, cat is just the icing on the top! Highly recommended.

There are only 2 bathrooms to share between all the rooms. They can be pretty busy and wet in the peak morning hours.

We stayed one night here before we went to the 4 days trek and decided to come back to the same place after the trek, we like this small guesthouse. The garden and balcony are lovely. The balcony brings the other tourists together and we met some of the friendliest tourists and spent a good evening together. The host doesn’t speak a lot of English but he is still very friendly to accommodate the check in and checkout for us. There is a fully equipped kitchen available for guests which is a big plus.

No parking zone. You can drive up to unload your bags, but there is no way to leave your car at the house.

Everything was good. Beautiful house, awesome view at the town and church, very large terrace and yard with hammocks. Good kitchen with all needed. Pretty quite location.

Well, we knew that only the second floor is for guests, but there are 2 other rooms and it can be a little lout or the other way around, you can not have full fun because of the inconvenience. But fortunately for us second group who came to stay in this cottage was very sweet and friendly, so it was no longer issue.

Our landlady was very very kind. Whole family is super sweet and very helpful. For that price I would say that it is best accommodation what you can rent. And the View!! It's breathtaking

Victor and Tea were absolutely welcoming and charming. They have an amazing and very cozy house. The upstairs floor is the one reserved for guests. There is a small kitchen with a fridge and stoves, so you can cook your own meals. The garden is amazing! We felt like home and would definetly come back! Close to Mestia’s center and main square. 100% recommended.

This Guesthouse is absolout amazing! The location is fantastic, the house so comfortable and so much love! The Kitchen is very good, the bathrooms always clean and its such a nice place to chill! When you go to Mestia, definetely go there!!!! The Guesthouse is a little bit hidden. When you are by the bridge by the church you dont have to go over the bridge, you have to go left, there is a small way.

We weren't provided slippers and towels but it's okay. Also, you should try hard to find the guest house cuz it's kinda hidden.

Access to the property is a bit hard, especially if you have trolley bag, but it doesn’t really matter once you are in and won’t stop us from coming back!

It’s very peaceful and quite, there is an amazing field behind to play frisbee (if you are game😉). Cozy area to chill in front of the house with an amazing view of the mountains with snow 🏔 , and very hospitable owners! At night, there are yellow lights which light up the yard and makes it feel cozy. We felt like home, will be back one day❤️

The best place to stay in Mestia. Near the center, but surrounded by nature - there is the river in front and the forest behind. The owner is very kind and responsive. I would like to note a stunning cozy courtyard where you can watch the mountains lying on a hammock. Also there are an amazing view from the terrace on the second floor.

I liked everything! First of all, owners Zura and Teya. They are hospitable and pleasure people. Wooden house, poufs, veranda and quite place near forest river. Close to city center. Highly recommended! 🇺🇦❤️🇬🇪

We loved our stay! Great location, just a few minutes walk to the center but already in a quiet area with beautiful views to the surrounding mountains from the terrace and garden You can enjoy the view just by sipping your morning coffee or glass of wine on the terrace, or when chilling in the hammock in the garden. Cozy common areas to enjoy both inside and outside, and well equipped kitchen. Hot shower was great, beds were comfortable, and host was super friendly and helpful, helped us arranging transport and we could even leave our extra luggage in the guesthouse for a few days for free until we completed the Mestia-Ushguli trek. Thanks a lot for everything, we hope to return!
