We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandThe fridge was making some noise. So I just turned it off. I didn't need it during the stay and forgot to inform the staff. The lift is small but there was only one occasion where I had to wait.
Everything went well. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. The property was clean and within walking distance from the beach. There are several supermarkets, shops, and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was very good too.

Got a room on a high floor with a nice view and with AC. Okay location, with street parking. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a large variety to choose from.

An excellent budget hotel in the quiet center of Batumi. The rooms are very clean with a powerful air conditioner, soft towels, and a comfortable bed. There are many supermarkets nearby, and the fantastic Tiflis restaurant is just a couple of minutes away. The park is a 7-minute walk away, and the waterfront is 10 minutes away. Quiet at night, no noisy gatherings under the windows.

IndiaLift is very small, room size also feels bit small. But I hear it's standard in Batumi to have small rooms. Double bed - actually two twin mattresses on it.
Location is near restaurants, though hotel is in a dark alley. The receptionist was very good, always smiling and ready to help. Packed us breakfast before leaving at 7:40am.
