Surroundings. So peaceful. Great view. Owner doesn't speak english. The door isn't able to lock but it was ok for me. It was inside private house. No one around. Prepare cash to pay. No cards.

Nice stay in a traditional house in the mountain, the host is very nice and sent us fresh milk every night, that's a very sweet experience. Apartment has a working kitchenette with all the essential.

Apartment was very clean, with all the amenities needed in the kitchen and shower. Hosts were extremely kind, made us feel at home from the first day, with the best gestures. Bed was comfortable and there is a yard to sit in with great view. I highly recommend it!

It'd be nice to have some proper chairs to sit on, rather than stools in the kitchen (though space is obviously the concern). Apart from that, nothing.

Very friendly owners, welcoming and happy to give you information (including in English). Amazing view from the window. The studio is a decent size. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the room is quiet and dark at night - I slept great! WiFi is good too.

the host was really nice ang helpful. the location is great (supermarket, publick transport nearby). the room was realy clean and the size was just fine. the breakfasts were just amazing! and host bring us another meal just like that for many times. we couldnt believe their hospitality.

Power sockets next to the bed don't work. There was a small problem, as we had arranged that I would stay longer but she didn't block the room on booking. So unexpectedly one day I was supposed to leave to another accommodation that she had arranged as the new guests were already waiting. But luckily they canceled their booking and I could stay as agreed on the day before.

Modern, new and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen and terrace with kazbeg view. The owner is friendly and washed my clothes for free.

This was our favorite place. The room was nicely done and very cozy. There were space heaters in the bedroom and the bathroom. The kitchen and equipment was so nice. Right out the kitchen window is Mount Kazbek and the cathedral on the hill. The homestead had a couple cats with babycats and a dog. The area is quiet and away from the more busy hotel areas. We had walked from here to the 14th century church on the mountain, all in probably 3 hours since we stopped often for photos. The hosts gave us homemade, homecooked Kinkali made from scratch, which was the best we've ever had. This was the highlight of our trip to Georgia. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for the stay!!

Quiet street, private entrance, windows facing the garden, view on the Monastery and Kazbek mountain. Spacious room, private bathroom and kitchen, felt like a small private house.

Clean and freshly renovated studio apartment with separate entrance in quite area with amazing view on Kazbek. Just 5 min walk to the town center. The owners were really welcoming and (most importantly) not annoying. One night they brought us their home made cheese and raw milk! There do have cows, but I haven’t smell them and I haven’t seen any 💩

There was a bit of a smell in the toilet but the owners fixed it really quick.

Everything was great. The view on Kazbegi was superb and the garden was really nice. The owners have a lot of animals: cows, cats, a horse and a dog. Then there is a hammock in the garden so we've spent our days chilling among the lovely nature and animals. Breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the price. The owners even gave some of their cow's fresh milk, homemade cheese and butter

It should be noted that there is no refrigerator in the room.

Host had radiator heat going and the room was toasty warm on arrival. bed was very comfortable, shower warm with good flow, and WiFi was strong. View from the terrace and windows was gorgeous. Area was wonderfully quiet for sleeping. The place was immaculately clean. Kitchenette well stocked. Decor was modern and well done. Breakfast was delicious and in typical Georgian style, with way too much to eat. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a local experience. The owners were generous, friendly and helpful, though they didn’t speak English. This property is a private attached apartment on the property of the owner. it has a private entrance through the terrace at the back of the house.

Owner is very caring and lovely, place is stunning, beautiful and cozy. Mountain view from windows, and big space for kids also to play. I recommend this place for couples, family and solo traveller's too, must visit and enjoy your stay here.. miss you,. Hope will come back and stay there again

Booked the room seeing all the positive reviews. The room was freezing when we arrived. There was one space heater provided in the room and a mini plug-in heater in the washroom. The temperature went from 6°C to 13°C after switching it on. Tried informing the host but she didn't have any resolution apart from using the space heater. Woke up feeling sick with a very sore throat and congestion. There is also no hot water in the washroom. The water temperature was barely warm so couldn't even take a shower. Highly disappointed.

Bed has damaged springs and sags in the upper corner. Inexplicably, the hosts had a get together with friends on our last night in the back garden adjacent to the room, and kept us awake to 1am, very disappointing end to what had been a good stay otherwise.
