It would be nice to have ski depot in the building and not take all the stuff to the apartment, but the complex is still under construction and maybe it will be in future

Spacious apartment at the convenient location, the building is new. It equipped with everything needed for the longer stay including cooking amenities. Our unit has had separate bedroom and 2 wardrobes which is very important if you are coming for the skiing vacation as we have had a lot of stuff. We have been driving every day to the Kobi lift and it appeared to be much better idea than stay in Gudauri itself. The place has very good heating and is very cosy.

No clothes horse, no washing powder, no cooking oil, salt / pepper jars were empty, no dish liquid - we could however help ourselves from the kitchen in the hotel building, where we also got supplied with additional toilet paper, and washing powder. Not a big deal overall, you just have to ask. It was a bit cold in the apartment, could not turn up heating. I can imagine it'll be freezing in the winter time.

Good size, very comfortable bed, sofa couch, Netflix TV, modern and clean facilities. Kitchen, washing machine and balcony was a big plus for us

I would change only three things about it. Add a medium thickness blanket, so there would be another option to regulate sleeping temperature. Another addition I would make is a netting on the doors. The air and view is breathtaking, but the moment you open the door, unfortunately flies start coming in. Last one is a curtain in the shower. It may be less glamorous, but more convinient, IMO.

Wonderful place to stay in, with a magical view and gorgeous interior design. We spent a night in an apartment on second floor, in September. Prior to our arrival, they were communicative, very responsive and courteous. When we arrived, Tamari greeted us with welcoming attitude, and provided all the info we needed. While we were there, she responded quickly and throughly to all our requests, with a smile. The apartment we stayed in, was equipped with microwave oven, stove, fridge and more convenience appliances. It was clean and tidy, all ready for us. Overall, our stay was a very positive experience.

The building was recently finished, so the appliances are modern. Even the toothbrush stand, soap, plunger, and garbage can were colour-coordinated (black metal with a wooden finish). The apartment is big, has a great view of Mt. Kazbegi, and has anything you might need. There are extra blankets, towels, space to hang clothing and put luggages away, and check-in was easy (though you need to go to Hotel Sunshine's reception to check-in). Because the apartment is on the other end of town (still close to the downtown core), you get a different view. I've attached a photo of my view sipping coffee observing Mt. Kazbegi one morning on the balcony of my Devdaraki apartment.

Everything is awesome!! Beyond expectation! Super clean! The Room 224 has wonderful mountain view:) You can see the incredible sunshine on the top of the mountain in the early morning. The washing machines and kitchen totally met our needs. Takko( the beautiful host) is helpful and kind. Love it!!
