Food and menu at the restaurant. Hotel with this level of facilities should have much better quality of meals. The menu is so poor, but overpriced. You can’t find there good and tasty traditional Georgian dishes , European food is super basic like from 2000s. In summer time there is Shukura restaurant on same hill, you can eat there, and if Castello make smth similar to their kitchen, would be great! Nice to update menu and change the conception of plastic menu card without even photos and ingredients. Nice to have more fresh and healthy positions, if you a vegan - “meh..” no any good nutritious ingredients salads or soups , if you a meat lover- same “meh..” , no good steaks, grill or anything like good kebabs or barbecue, just one option of burger. Nice to have more delicious and receptors-activated dishes. Because it’s a really big minus for such a good hotel and resort.

One of the best locations in Georgia for relaxation and recharging. Super friendly staff. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Pet friendly. We were staying with our big dog and he enjoyed this days a lot too. Beautiful forest around and hike walks. Even at the rain and cold weather you can entertain yourself with a good spa, pool, tennis, billiard, go to the gym or just rest on a terrace and enjoy beautiful views.

Wireless internet is useless

All is perfect except internet connection, which is terrible.

The other outdoor elevator was not working which I supposed to film. A lot of bugs hiding at the curtain.

A place to relax and secluded from the bustling city. You'll have everything in this hotel. Karaoke, billiards, bowling, etc. Infinity pool is the best. The shore line is also adding up good experience of the black sea.

I would give a medium mark for the food. Appetizers, salads and desserts were really good. However, the main dishes were limited and not that tasty.

The location of the hotel is outstanding. The best way to disconnect from the noise of the city life. All you can see is the nature around you and the beautiful beaches. Spacious and clean rooms. The staff was kind and very helpful. Our stay worthes the money paid. In addition to that, the spa treatments were soothing and relaxing. I would recommend the bamboo massage witch is a trong massage. Thank you.

There was no possibility of breakfast before 9 am, which is inconceivable at a 5 star hotel

The hotel was affected by the pandemic and lack of funds, some visits (common places, gym, spa e.t.c.) need cosmetic repairs and equipment upgrades.

The hotel is located in an excellent and green place, from which you can get to Batumi by taxi in 30 minutes. The food deserves special attention and makes up for any minor flaws.

Anti sanitary in pool, got very sick. as we found out, our friends who visited this place everybody got sick because of spa. you can tell with fermented fishy smell in spa and as we lately found out, with dirty water. (some small things were swimming in inside pool)

It is not a 5 star hotel, It's a normal good 3 maybe 4 star hotel. The interior is too flamboyant for my taste. Too expensive for it's value. No other restaurant or market on a walking distance.(It's understandable but still uncomfortable).

The location and the views are great. The staff is friendly. Quite a good restaurant but a bit expensive. Easy to get to the beach.

- The outdoor swimming pool was not heated. The water was cold and there were falllen leaves on its floor. - Mediocre spa. Very weak water stream in the jacuzzi, murky water in the indoor swimming pool.

They close everything at 12 no room service no nothing after 12 no one speak English No delivery to this area U need at least 45 minutes to reach the downtown The hotel rooms is so old

- Its a solid 3 star hotel (not 5*) - The restaurant food is closer to canteen food, - The staff despite friendly are not very well trained and almost non-speak english. - Its terribly expensive for what they offer
