Amazing place to stay . Owners are very nice people , rooms are very clean , brilliant. location and atmosphere is nice . Its winter but their garden is still green with full of lights . it makes me want to sit outside and drink hot tea/coffee <3

The shower is very lousy. It's very small, it's not properly installed to the wall so there's crack left between the shower and the wall, no curtain as well. The result is that the whole bathroom is flooded when taking a shower. There is a sponge to mop the floor but the water just keeps pouring from the crack even when you mop the floor for the 5th time. I have really long hair and found it impossible to wash them there as the shampoo would literally be all around the place. There is no hairdryer as well.

Lovely house with great location, the bed was very cosy and we really slept well in the room. The breakfast was just great and warm food was prepared fresh when we sat down behind the table. We were there in October for 3 rainy days when temperatures were a bit colder and they lit up their big fireplace in the living room were we had breakfast which was so relaxing. The owners were nice and friendly, they made sure we got all the information we needed when we arrived. It's great for the value, but I would recommend the place for max 2-night stay due to inconvenient showering conditions.

Super friendly hosts, really good breakfast, clean room, nice patio, spacious room and good location. Daughter speaks English and can help you with questions. Would recommend staying here!

Strange smell in the bathroom sometimes.

Guesthouse run by a family. Daughter speaks english so things are easier when she's here. It's a big and modern house in a quiet neighborhood. I had a room with balcony and a very confortable bed. It was perfect place to relax. Wifi worked well in the room. Good breakfast. City center is close.

For the price....nothing one could dislike.

Liked everything. The name "Dreamland very appropriate as when you open the gate to go inside, it looks so fresh and inviting with a pretty, small garden (to sit in the evening with a glass of good Georgian wine or beer) with grass, flowers and colour. Hosts, a lovely young family. Building rather newly finished and perfect. Room was very good, clean and bigger than needed, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. A good little kitchen alongside with about all you need (less the food....hahahaha).The breakfast was quite special, taken outside on a clean and neat, raised and covered patio. Location a 15 minute walk from bus station, only 5 minute from start of town but there are taxis if you would prefer not to walk. I would certainly recommend a stay there for a couple of days.

Clean room, quite neighborhood,super friendly host, amazing breakfast, cute yard, bed is more comfortable than in our long-term apartment:) Also there is a little kitchen. We had a tennis tournament very early, so we had so ask the host for an early breakfast at 7.30. Everything was ready right at that time + there was so much delicious homemade food!

Little odd to take a shower without a shower curtain. The floor didn't get too wet though since there is a shower ledge to keep water from spilling out.

Great breakfast with bread and butter, Georgian cheese, yogurt, strawberry jelly, fried eggs and hot dogs. Food and accommodations were very clean. Very welcoming and kind hostesses. Was one of our favorite places to stay in Georgia. Place is located on a side alley so very quiet. We had a car, so not sure about walking distances, but only a few minutes drive to nearby attractions and the main part of Kutaisi. Would stay here again.

Nice guesthouse in Tekavi, Good location for an overnight stay visiting the region. The room and bed were comfortable. Good basic breakfast provided. Not too far from the city center.

The host family was so nice, they organized taxi for us to go to Tzinandali, even the host woman took us by her car to restaurant in Telavi. Everything was so nice!!! And the garden was amazing !!!

The room is modern and comfortable with a nice view from balcony. The host family is very warm, friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful. Breakfast was also very good. I strongly recommend to stay at Dreamland Guesthouse.

The bathroom/toilet was small and our shower had no curtain, not very practical. Plus, no bathroom amenities were provided.

Sometimes there was a bad smell from the toilet, but being possible to close the door from the toilet and open the window in there made it no problem at all.

I had an amazing stay in Telavi at the Dreamland Guest House! Tatia was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had AC, and the garden is simply beautiful. Also, the breakfast is delicious and generous! Can’t wait to go back again :)
