We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThere is a music club opposite the room window. Loud music by late night free of charge. I wanted to get rich Georgian breakfast. I like it. I got 1 pcs of small kebab, a little spaghetti, 1 boiled egg, 3 pcs of tomatoe and cucumber. When I pay 100 lari per night then I expect something else. And forget for breakfast before 9 a.m. Money you will not get back. For me is important good sleeping and food. Do not look for it here. This was the third accommodation in one week and the worst one. For me no more.
Room equipment was all right. The room was nice.

RussiaBreakfast is across the street (10 meters) and it is quite small. There's no buffet & you don't have any choice - you'll get what the person who hosts there will cook. Each day the breakfast was different. Unfortunately, one day he didn't even washed his hands, after smoking and toilet, when he started cooking breakfast for one guy. My room was on 4th floor (the last one). It had horrible soundproofing - I've heard everything, what happened on my floor & the floor below. Also the room was very small and demanded repair. On my last day in the evening I found a mouse (!!!) in my room. I was told, that it's because I've opened the window. At check-in no one told me, that they have such problems. Of course they've changed my room for the last night, but it was awful - small, dirty, waiting for repair. I'll never come back to this hotel.
For this price (54 lari) - it's a normal place if you're short of money and have no high expectations. Polite staff. Family / home atmosphere - it's like you've come to visit your relatives and live in their house. Also from the 4th floor you'll have nice view.
